Terrible
Vacuum is great when it works which is almost never works for 5 minutes then you canât turn it back on for another 20. Refunding and never buying again as Iâve seen other reviews like this FIX YOUR PRODUCT!

Retracting issue
Product work fine cleans car well. Mounting templates is accurate, more than enough accessories. My biggest downside side is retracking the hose u might have to pull it out a few times for it to reel its self properly on it reel.

Convenient and Powerful
This vacuum cleaner is well designed for garages. Fits well on the side of my 2-car garage with a hose that can reach the farther parked car. It also has a powerful suction. The blue tooth switch on the handle makes it very convenient to use. Installation was not difficult. With a power drill, a stud-finder and socket wrench set, installation becomes easy.

Very neat
I love this vacuum. Although it’s a bit pricey I love the retractable hose feature which is the main reason why I purchased it. I have a shop and a shop vac which works great but the cord and the hose are always all over the place. The shop vac has stronger suction but its a great trade off. Like I said the retractable 30ft hose and the remote on and off switch on the nozzle is great.

Great product ! Space saver !
Great product, easy to mount and very convenient to use, just ans good as ant commercial product. Also the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue and they resolved immediately.

Fantastic garage addition!
There’s a lot of things you can do to upgrade your garage space but this is certainly one of the tools I’m most happy about. The suction is better than I expected. The dust/dirt bin is massive and doesn’t need to be emptied often. The hose is long and reaches to the driveway or in the garage. Excellent tool

Convenient
We love the convenience of having the Giraffe vacuum handy and ready whenever we need to use it. The vacuum works great. We had a small issue upon delivery and Giraffe customer service, thank you Grace, went above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend this product and th Giraffe company.
