Was appalled at cost for these until I found them on Amazon for a fraction the price. They are the same filters. Checked carefully as I thought they would be substandard considering the price but they are even in the same packaging.

The listing shows “True Hepa” and product received is “Hepa”, per guardiantechnologies website, seems there is some difference, not sure:HEPA technology makes it possible to remove particles as small as 0.3 microns â making it a highly effective solution to remove potentially harmful particles from your indoor air.To be considered True HEPA by DOE (Department of Energy) standards, an air filter must remove 99.97% of all airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size. Worthy Investment (at the âdiscountedâ price)
I finally replaced my filter after almost a year (letâs be honest, itâs a hot penny for these bad boys). I live in the south and have CRAZY allergies. I take several meds, but they havenât been cutting it, lately. After replacing my filter I can honestly say there is a significant improvement in my back-of-the-throat snot production. For this, Iâm extremely grateful.It also helps with the dust and pet hair accumulation on my surfaces. And perhaps Iâm nuts (a distinct possibility), but I swear the air LOOKS and smells cleaner.Worth the investment in my health and overall quality-of-life ðð¼ð

Expensive!
Sooo expensive! I think they work well since they always have stuff on them when I replace it. I really wish they were less expensive though as I have the machine on 24/7 due to all the allergies. The machine itself was already costly and the amount they need changed due to them being on is a lot! I did my research prior to buying this unit and the cost of the filters, but until you actually have it it’s hard to know. Especially during Covid being extra cautious with everything that hasn’t helped. Super easy to install. Takes 10 seconds.

It does what I pay it to do.
When researching air purifiers, a major consideration was the running costs. These are long-lasting and reasonably priced replacements.
