Makes water changes a breeze!!
I bought this product for my 30 gal long fish tank that is stocked with glofish tetras! It has allowed me to make quick and easy water changes for these little guys! Since my tank is short, I need to tilt the arm to the side when starting the flow. Basic physics! If it were a larger tank, there would be more pressure and an easier start of flow!My favorite part is that I can flip the tube and hose to FILL my tank!! This is a wonderful feature since we all know how heavy those water buckets can be over time!It is very easy to clean! Just disassemble and rinse! I store mine with it apart so it can dry out thoroughly.Great value for your money and sturdy build! It stores nicely in the 5 gal bucket I use for water changes! Noise level is what you would expect from a little water pump, nothing that scares the fishes. They all seem very interested in it but be careful not to suck up any of the little guys! Thankfully the knob to change the flow rate is easily accessible and quick to turn if that were to ever happen!My advice is to make sure you have all of the hoses on correctly so you donât have one fly off like I did and make a mess lol.Overall a great addition to my collection!

Better than a Passive Siphon Vacuum Cleaner
I have a 26-gallon tank. I was previously using a passive siphon vacuum cleaner to clean brown algae. I would change out 10 gallons of water and would still be left with dirty gravel and cloudy water. This product has been much more convenient and effective. I am able to stick the wand into the gravel and directly suck up the diatoms. I can also maneuver the wand around the water to suck up anything freely floating, including green algae. I redirect the hose into the tank so I donât have to change out the water. My tank looks and stays cleaner with this product. The wand is pretty long so it can be awkward to use, but on the up side I can it rest across the top of the tank when taking a break. The wand is easy to take apart and clean and it is satisfying to see what you removed from the tank. Sometimes I will clean the filters twice in a single cleaning just to really get as much as I can. Would be nice if it came in a little storage container as there are lots of loose parts to wrangle. I would definitely recommend.

Great Product! Makes reaching hard to access gravel simple with no mess.
Have a 40 gal deep tank, heavily planted with many hard to reach areas. This excellent tool makes weekly maintenance so much easier…tool stores easily in one spot, long electrical cord (a must), have been using for 6 months with no issues. Easy to clean and makes this weekly chore less messy & so much easier – especially for us short people.

very easy to use and does the job!
Best fish tank cleaner ever, what i like the most is the fact it has a speed / suction adjuster so you can control the flow of the water to clean thoroughly without worrying about emptying the water from tank too fast. Tubing is long enough for large tanks but i have relatively smaller 25 gallons tank which does the job just as nice.Highly recommend.

Falls apart.
Where do I start? The design was not thought out. If you like nasty water from your fish or turtle sprayed in your face or all over you by all means buy this pump. The parts either fall apart or get stuck together. It leaks water from every joint. Sometimes the pump work sometimes it doesnât. It does not pump hard enough in general but it will not suck any debris from the water, on top of the gravel and donât think about trying to use the end as designed it will not clean your gravel. It sucks air from somewhere because there is nothing around the pieces like an O ring to prevent leakage of water or air. It will not work at all unless you submerge the entire pump. I would not have bought this pump had I known in advance that it basically has to lay on the bottom of the tank. It canât be used as described. I made the mistake of not using it before the return date. Iâve tried to reach out to the seller but they do not respond. At this point I do not want a replacement I want my money back. Poor product and poor customer service.
