Great to rotate through as you wait for one to dry
The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra is a cleaning beast. Rocky is so much smarter than previous generations and she’s able to basically clean all on her lonesome. Occasionally the red light comes on and you’re instructed in the app to do some minor maintenance (such as change the dust bag, refill the clean water tank, or empty the dirty water tank. Although the robot’s main dust filter is rated for 150 hours, it will clog over time and you’re supposed to rinse it out every 2 weeks. Therein lies the issue: I don’t want to wait for this filter to dry before I can replace it into the robot again. Having extra filters allows me to swap one out while waiting for the other one to dry off. Since the app tracks the life of the filter for you, it doesn’t actually know that I’m constantly swapping filters. So instead of 150 hours, it’ll be 300 hours before I’ll actually throw away both filters, and then I’ll still have 3 left over.This set is very cost effective, especially since the filters perform just as well as the original. The fit is snug and holds on the dustbin well. The included cleaning brush is very helpful as it even has a hair cutter and a hard comb to really fish out anything in the pleats. This is a must-have kit for any owner of the S8 MaxV Ultra.

Standard filter
This is an acceptable, well fitting filter option for the s8 MaxV Ultra (not the s8+). It clicks in properly and filters on par with the OEM. Nothing above and beyond, just standard fare
