Low noise level. Makes clean up easy plenty of suction.
I use it for a dust collection system in my workshop. And for clean up after a day in the shop.

Not a Festool but less expensive
I had two Festool cleaned vacuums in my old garage home shop and loved them. I had to sell them when we moved and needed a garage vacuum in our new house. I’m familiar with the quality of Fein power tools and did some research. I decided to spend a little less than the cost of a Festool cleaned and chose the Fein Turbo I. It is very well made and works as advertised. The one complaint I have with the hose storage. The Festool had a “hose garage” on the top of the vacuum which neatly stored the coiled hose. The Fein has no such feature (I’ve looked for an after-market or Fein hose storage accessory but there is none). So, you have to loop the hose around the stored attachments on top of the unit which is awkward and doesn’t hold the hose in place (it’s always falling off). Other than that annoyance, it’s a good vacuum which you can plug a power tool into to the vac comes on with the tool etc. So, it’s ok. But it’s not a Festool.

Best value in HEPA dust extractors
Purchased this for extensive home renovations, and boy am I glad I did. I was on the fence between this one and it’s bigger brother. I got the little one because the other was out of stock. I don’t regret it at all. The vacuum is very maneuverable when you need it to be in this form factor. about 90% of the time I use it with a dust separator, so the bin size is a non factor. All of my Fein products have been great, and this one is no exception.

Horsepower?
Whyâs no horsepower indicated?every plug in shop vac Iâve looked at has horsepower.thereâs one review and fein forgot the handles?a German guy with lederhosen and a pint of beer should show up at ur door delivering it personally for the money they are asking.with the hose port being so low, small loose material will clog vacuum when not even full turning a 15 gallon into a 10.really bad design for German engineering.fein make a lot of nice tools but this one is seriously lacking the German stamp of approval.i then purchased a craftsman 6.5 horse and this thugs a beast.it wonât stop sucking until the barrel is full and itâs all the way to the end of the vacuum hose.best purchase I ever made.craftsman still makes some good stuff.
