Great experience with customer service – and a great vacuum! Five Stars!!!
We had an issue arise with the vacuum head and it stopped working. After connecting with customer support, they determined the issue and have sent us a new vacuum head. It’s a great vacuum, light weight, but powerful. But the best thing about the product is the customer service. It’s rare to find a team who is responsive and determined to deliver a great product. Highly recommend this vacuum, not just because it is really terrific (did I mention we have Corgis who shed like it’s their job?) but because you will get superior service from the corporate team.

Great little vacuum!
It is small, but mighty! It sucks, doesnât blow! It stands upright unassisted. It is convenient & compact to charge and all the attachments hook to the charger. Great to have and does t break the bank!

It works for a couple weeks
I got it August 20 and now itâs September 30 it worked for a month and the light went out and the Roller doesnât work but it still turns on . It looks like a good vacuum but you get what you paid for

Great Suction, best for houses with toddlers and babies!
Iâm so happy with this Fabuletta cordless vacuum! I bought it after reviewing the specs very carefully. The suction is super strong and easily cleans up crumbs, dust, and all the little messes my toddler leaves behind on both carpets and floors. The roller doesnât get tangled, and it moves smoothly, making cleaning quick and easy.The battery lasts a long timeâup to 55 minutes in Eco modeâso I can clean the whole house without needing to recharge. I love how it can be used in so many ways, like for cleaning the couch, stairs, kitchen corners, and even the car seat. The LED lights on the brush help me see dirt in dark spots, and itâs lightweight, so itâs easy to use.The customer service and one-year warranty are great bonuses. Exceeded Every Expectation!
Thanks to Prime Day prompting and kind reviews of previous buyers, I can’t claim anything close to others’ research, but… It was just Prime Day, and I had been tired of leaning over for quick pick-ups with my hand vac in between full-house vacuuming with our heavy, louder beast. No more bending, sleek enough to keep in a hall closet. Never tried the bracket, because the charging port is so accessible, I just free stand it, and plug the cord into a nearby outlet. The first-level suction is outstanding in tandem with the full-size sweeper head with the light. It gets everything, and the clear waste bin is so easy to monitor and empty vs. remembering to change bags in our standard vac. One note: Avoiding area rug fringes has been successful so far, but they look likely to tangle and strain the motor. Otherwise, the house stays cleaner, because I no longer struggle or wait for “cleaning days” for efficient, quick pick-ups whether people crumbs or cat chow chips. LOVE this product. Great value. Great performance. This FABULETTA is fabulous. HIGHLY recommend even at regular price if it isn’t Prime Day!

Great product!
I like that it’s lightweight, has a smaller brush head that fits in tight spaces, it’s easy to charge, multi-purpose, and picks up dust and hair easily. I need to add that I placed an order for this machine but didn’t get to use it within the first 30 days after receipt and when I did, I had trouble with the brush head not moving (hence the 4 stars), but I contacted the company and sent a video of the issue and they shipped me a new machine that works great. I’m satisfied with the product and the company’s customer service.

I will come back to update this review if I ever feel like my opinion of this product has changed-Opening the box, the vacuum is very easy to assemble and is straight forward. I have a smaller 1,200 sq ft home and I was able to get a full vacuum in before I had to charge it. I used it on my area rugs and it did a pretty good job getting up dog fur and toddler crumbs on mid power. I also feel like this vacuum isnât loud at all, I am able to vacuum during my toddlers nap time without thinking I will wake her up. I havenât used any other stick vacuum but compared to my past corded vacuums this is super quiet. The highest power wasnât needed (so far) but we did try it and I was surprised how well it did for a stick vacuum. I have seen so many negative reviews about a variety of stick vacuums so I was definitely a little concerned when planning on making a purchase. However I have been genuinely impressed with how well this machine worked. It wasnât as heavy as my old vacuum but it is distributed differently, either way itâs still a lot lighter and easier to use. I would recommend this to a friend and I think itâs worth the money, better value than the bigger name vacuums. I also loved that itâs purple.My key selling points and what swayed me to this vacuum are that I can buy a replacement battery for a reasonable price, the suction power of the machine, and the 55 minute run time that they advertised.My ONLY complaint so far is that the vacuum always starts in the middle and not the lowest setting or last used setting.
