I Can Use My DC39 Animal Tools on My V15
I have a DC39 Animal that I bought an articulating head to use on it. Well, it turns out I don’t like the Dyson Ball vacuum so I just got a V15 stick, which I love. I didn’t want to buy a new articulating head so after reading reviews I was unsure if this adapter would work. I am happy to say it works perfectly. It’s well made and fits nice and tight. I am sure this adapter will last as long as I have my V15.

Perfect adapter to use Dyson D25 accessories on a v11
We’ve owned a Dyson D25 for close to 10 years. While it still works well, my wife wanted a more lightweight option due to back pain and having to haul the vacuum up and down stairs. We recently got the Dyson v11 cordless stick, and I was hoping to use some of the extra attachments from the D25 on the v11, especially since we paid extra for the Allergy Kit several years ago. This little adapter works like a charm and allows us to use all of the old attachments on our new v11. To my shock, it exceeded expectations.

Works with most old-school standard vacuum tools
The snoot that matches the standard (non Dyson) tools is a little short. One tool from Amazon did not work until I sawed off about 3/4 inch. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017PHQ6S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.So eyeball your attachments. Some other brands have a longer end that would work with that long crevice tool.My use case for this adapter is that I have 3 long extension tubes that let me vacuum up cobwebs in my cathedral ceiling.

Dyson V6 to V11
I bought this attachment so that I could use some of my Dyson V6 vacuum attachments with my new Dyson V11 vacuum. Most specifically, the brush attachment that I have been using to vacuum hard floors, as the V11 did not offer that as an attachment. I received the adapter and it works perfectly! The one side snaps right into my V11 vacuum, and my old V6 attachment snaps into the other side. It’s exactly what I wanted.

Works on V8 stick vac. This is something that should be given in the box when you buy a Dyson. They give us so many other attachments why not this thing? Regardless, happy it exists on Amazon and that I snagged the stupid thing. Can use my hardwood floor attachment now!
