This is a vacuum for tile or hardwood only. Maybe as a handvac for a truck or RV. This is not the vacuum for you if you have carpet. This was a waste! Pros: cute & lightweight. Cons: loud, limited suction, brush is crap, filter clogs, runs hot! Save yourselves!!

This is the second Chilli i have owned. 1st one I had over 10 yrs & it came across the country with me – I left the Dyson. The holding cup finally cracked so I gave it away. This purchase must have been a returned item so I took a chance on the super low price; turned out same powerful motor, geat suction power and in small spaces the maneuverability is great plus the color makes me happy. Thanks for carrying a great product that I did not think I could ever replace! My large vacuum now is a Shark.

Most hand held portable vacuums are not very efficient with poor suction and quality. Not so with this vacuum. It works great picking up everything in it’s path. Easy to operate, and easy to empty. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hand held vacuum.

Amazon should stop allowing it’s customers to be swindled buying thos vacuum. It doesn’t suck at all (and it’s corded)! The brush spins the first five minutes only. The filter “cover” fills with dust you must carefully brush out of several small square screens with your fingers; a towel does not get into the ridges. The the filter itself is an accordion circle. The dust instantly fills the deep cracks and won’t wash out. 15 minutes of use requires 3 tedious and extended dust cup empties including brushing and banging out dust, or the machine heats so hot. There is dust everywhere, so not only does it not suck, it in no way contains any dust. It worked best the first three minutes out of the box, where it picked up about one third of the dirt, lint on two low carpet stairs. It’s cute, the concept is fantastic, but none of that matters when it won’t do the one thing a vacuum is required to do…suck up dirt. It doesn’t do it with the floor head, it doesn’t do it with the hose and crevice tool. It was a total waste of time. Plus UPS store will charge you label and packaging fees saying it’s too big for a bar code when the box is half the size of a standard pillow. You have to box it yourself, and it won’t fit easy.
