The product arrived on due date. I found it difficult to use as handle slipped and trigger action required continual firm pressure. Very disappointed.

Didn’t realize it was manual and not electric
Too hard to use. I’m kinda disabled and didn’t realize it wasn’t on a power cord.

Unless you only 4ft tall this is not for you handle way to short and I’m 5ft 3..dies not work or glide on ned short pile rugs water of time effort and money

I did not want to be disappointed so I did not use this right away. When I used it I was pleasantly surprised that it works just fine. It works like using a scrub brush without having to get on your knees.

Not good on thick rugs
It was hard to push on thick rugs. The solution wasn’t very good
