This vacuum is fraud. Don’t buy it ever.
The listing on Amazon.com makes this vacuum cleaner appear as if it contains a vacuum bag, and the older Eureka vacuum cleaners did. However, this vacuum cleaner is a “shake out bag” which will get dust all over you. This vacuum cleaner started smelling like it was burning on the first use, and then Amazon.com refused to have UPS come to get it and started claiming that the purchase was from a “third party” even though the purchase was placed on Amazon.com and not on some list in Amazon.com of third parties. Amazon.com claimed that I had to deal with the “third party” directly instead of dealing with Amazon.com, and they had the “third party” send me an e-mail saying they would not give me any of the $190 I paid for this vacuum cleaner back because of it having been used one time (How am I supposed to know it will smell like it is burning if I don’t try it once?) So, now, apparently, it is okay with Amazon.com for me to be ripped off for $190.

yuckie…hate it
I bought this on accident. I have one just like it downstairs and I hate that one too. It is bagless so you have to unhook it and shake the dust and it’s too much for me, I’m allergic to dust. When I saw this right out of the box, I thought, OHHHHHH No! I bought another bagless vacuum! But I used it because I was expecting company and needed to vacuum before shampooing. Now I don’t know….Maybe I’ll keep it for a little while, it does pick up dust like crazy, but I much prefer tossing a paper bag instead of shaking dust from a material bag.
