Donât buy this!
Enjoyed it for 7 months for hard wood floors in 4 rooms. Then it began circling on 1 wheel! I checked for strings, cleaned roller brush, replaced side brushes. Nothing worked. Called Customer Service once per month, 5th time today. No action on their part. Very disappointed.

Works without using the app
I wasn’t able to find anything on if the vacuum worked without the app before buying it but it does! It seems to try to map the area on the first few uses. I was worried that it would wander outside when the dogs leave the door open but i read that some robot vacuums use a magnetic strip to stop them from going places and used that. It does seem to work because the vacuum hasn’t wandered outside yet.It will let you know when the battery is low and it walks it’s way back to it’s dock.I have two dogs, one with a double coat and one that’s always shedding and the vacuum is VERY good at picking up all the dog hairs. I run it like 2-3 times a day and it handles the dig hair very well as well as all the dirt and sand they track in.It holds a battery while it’s off and away from the dock so it’s ready to be used when we get back from a trip.I think it’s favorite trick is going around corners and going around in circles because it seems to do a very very good job at cleaning corners and at going around in circles when the kids or dogs bump into it.The noise level is lower than expected which is always a bonus when you already have a chaotic environment.I took a star off of accuracy because when you don’t use the app it doesn’t cover the entire surface area and will sometimes go and get the same area multiple times… It does do a great job at getting into corners and around chair legs. The two brushes also do a great job of picking up everything in their way not just throwing the things off to the side. They pick up kibble, fur, dirt, mud, snacks, and other small items surprisingly well. It also adjusts to carpet and rugs well while on those surfaces then goes back to normal on non- soft floors.Tldr; works great without the app and will keep up with my household well. It will also keep a charge while not in use and off.

Great in the price line
Great working robot app is easy to use quick set up. Only thing that could be a problem is the battery life is a little short. It used down stairs is 1100 sq. ft. it does a good job of cleaning but when its done their is less then 20 % battery life left. i would recommend it update 3 months it has not finished it work only twice. It returned to charge be for completing the job but after charging it returned and finished the cleaning where it left off.

I have 4 corgis and this has helped a ton!
I have 4 corgis that shed like crazy, I was feeling overwhelmed with the accumulation of dog hair by the end of the day and always having to get out my big clunky vacuum to take care of it all. This however, is not my first robot vacuum, itâs actually my third! My first vacuum was the ILIFE V3s but, it didnât have app control, my second was the AIRROBO and that had app control but got stuck and had a thick stiff bristle roller brush so dog hair was always getting stuck and the vacuum got stuck on everything. Feeling like I couldnât find a robot vacuum I was happy with, I tried this one. I have no problems with it connecting to the WiFi and it maps my rooms out so I can select what rooms I specifically want cleaned. It always returns to the charger and the roller brush has soft bristles making it a lot easier to clean dog hair. By far the easiest vacuum to clean dog hair from with a roller brush. I will say though, it gets stuck under my couch. It will fit under my couch but will not come out. Also good to note that I have hardwood floors so I canât speak for how it does on carpet.

Wifi doesnât work – but the robot does!
The robot is a great vacuum and does a great job of mapping and cleaning everything up and is fairly quiet. The thing that bothers me is that this is my third purchase of this robot in hopes of it connecting to my wifi and none of them has. I even called and talked with customer support for nearly an hour to try and get it figured out and no luck. So if you truly care about the mapping feature and controlling from your iPhone, this vacuum isnât for you. But if you are ok with clicking it on manually and letting it work itâs magic, then you will be very happy with this product!Unfortunately I care a lot about the wifi connection and mapping features so I had to return and find a new robot. :(Hopefully they can figure out whatâs wrong with the wifi feature and all will be well with this robot in the end.

Poor battery
1st have to say how loud this is. My other robot vac was a I Martine which I could not find anywhere. 139$ RVac lasted almost 4 years. Bought one off brand was junk / returned and bought this. I am a OCD house cleaner with pets. I will post an update.Have had since middle of August too busy rescuing animals to return battery only last 10 minutes. Mind you this is only used in my master bedroom to get under the bed.Ridiculous 🙁
