I love this vacuum cleaner. I have one on each level and this was a replacement for an older version of the Eureka. The Dash is beautiful, picks up everything, maneuvers easily around furniture, has a large capacity compartment for dirt, has two settings so it is smooth handling on carpets, is fairly light. The Amazon price was good and I am so happy that vacuuming does not seem like a dreaded chore.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, but the Multi-Angled Adapter was missing, so 4 instead of 5 Stars.
I am extremely pleased with this vacuum because we have 2 dogs and a cat and I’ve never used a vacuum that works this well with pet hair and dander, as well as kibble and everyday stuff too!But unfortunately, it was missing the Multi-Angled Adapter, that it states is supposed to have been included with it, which was a big selling point for me. So that’s the only reason why I gave it 4 Stars instead of 5. I double checked that I purchased (and was sent) the right one that comes with it, and I did, but it was just missing this adapter. We have some vaulted ceiling and the lower windows are separate from the upper windows, and I wanted to use that adapter to clean the upper window sills and things like the tops of our chandeliers that have flat glass-panes, the tops of bookcases and the fridge, etc, so that was very disappointing that it wasn’t included.Since I’m disabled and can’t drive, so it would be a much bigger hassle for me than most to be able to return the whole thing just so I can be sent a new vacuum hopefully with that piece included. But at least the other adapters came with it, like the small Pet Turbo Brush adapter for the hose that looks like a miniature version of the vacuum’s bottom with it’s spinning brushes. I can now thoroughly clean the couches, mattresses, stairs, pet beds, etc. and it works just as good as it’s larger counterpart. I can’t believe how great it works!My brother (who comes home to visit at least once a month) has horrible allergies and is completely miserable when he’s here because of them. So I’m hoping this will help with that because our last vacuum was absolutely atrocious. It was extremely heavy and very difficult to carry around. It also didn’t swivel or turn well, so you couldn’t maneuver it around furniture without dragging it back and forth, and back and forth. It also barely sucked up much debris, let alone pet hair/dander, so it didn’t work well for helping with my brothers allergies. If anything, it probably made his allergies worse since their really wasn’t much of a filter for the air that blows out of it, so it probably blew out more dust/dander into the air than was there before we vacuumed. We had to clean up kibble with a broom and dust pan because our old vacuum would just shoot it out in every direction and the hose was barely able to suck it up either without it taking 3 times longer than if we just swept it up since you had to put the hose straight down on top of each cluster for it to work. We constantly checked to make sure there wasn’t any clogs or holes in the hose and tubes that are connected to the dust bin inside the vacuum, but there never were any. It also only came with two extension adapters (the thin one for crevices and the one with a brush), which were lost a long time ago because they never stayed locked in place on our old vacuum and were always falling off, which means we only had the 3ft hose that was actually connected to it left, and that hardly worked at all. The hose also never stayed locked in place, so we had to stop vacuuming frequently to reattach it back onto the vacuum so it wouldn’t flop around while we were vacuuming and accidentally trip us. Their were more problems with it, but you get the gist of it.The reason I’m stating all the problems with our old vacuum is because this Eureka vacuum we just bought has absolutely NONE of these problems and has actually surpassed my expectations on how well this vacuum, and all of it’s features, work. I am disabled and have mobility issues, so I have to live with my elderly parents who need a lot of help with cleaning, so I try to help as much as I am physically able to. My mom (who also has mobility issues as well) and I need all the right tools to make cleaning easier for us, and this vacuum does exactly that. She could rarely do any vacuuming with our old one since it was too heavy for her to carry and was difficult to push and maneuver around furniture, so she would end up using a broom on our carpets and rugs (which only picked up larger debris) in between the times we could vacuum. So I usually did most of the vacuuming even though it wasn’t much easier for me. But this Eureka vacuum is extremely light weight yet very powerful even though it’s much more quiet than our old one. It almost propels itself when in use too! The adapters for the hose make it so we don’t have to bend down unless we need to pick up something that we don’t want vacuumed up, and we don’t even need to use a step stool to vacuum up cobwebs and dust on the tops of bookshelves, walls, ceilings, etc. because the handle can be removed and used as an extender for the hose! Absolutely brilliant! It also cuts down on the time it takes to vacuum because we don’t need to continuously go over the same area over and over again to be able to vacuum everything up because this Eureka vacuum picks up everything so much better and much, much faster too. Plus it has a HEPA filter as well, so there is no more awful stinky air blowing out of it, so it’s not just my brother that is pleased by that, but the whole family too!Thank you Eureka, for making it much easier for people who have mobility issues to be able to clean their home more efficiently, as well as making indoor air cleaner for people who have allergies as well! I can’t express to you how happy I am with this product and how it’s made mine and my families lives a little easier and better. When designing new products, please try to keep in mind that there are many people out there with disabilities and mobility issues who need products that can make cleaning their home easier for them to do themselves, especially when they can’t afford house-cleaning services to do the work for them. I’d say you hit a home run with this one, so keep up the good work! You just earned a new customer for life!

Sure Sucks (and Blows!)
Oh, did I want this to work out for us. The price seemed reasonable and the attachment parts seemed useful. Many of the design elements were, frankly, ingenious. And, to be fair, the suction was great and even the partly clear filter canister for debris was outstanding. BUT! But, I’m returning it (thank you Amazon!) That’s because nearly immediately the right wheel had some bizarre internal defect that made rolling this thing around difficult to impossible. The plastic used by the manufacturers is not very sturdy and one could feel other parts failing ridiculously quickly. There is a pet hair remover attachment that would be pretty nifty but after a too brief while it started falling out of its holder. I sooo wanted this to work out… but the un-sturdy/busted wheel, the poor quality of plastic materials used overall, and the failed part-attachment made me very frustrated and disappointed. Also, reading the warranty I understand that the manufacturer “stands behind” their product BUT only enough they state they may replace your broken machine with a reconditioned (as in USED, repaired) one. Returned to sender, yikes
