Easy to use, works great
Used for the first time today. Wish I bought it a long time ago. My floors havenât looked this nice in years, not kidding.+: cleans great, easy assembly and removal of parts to clean-: it does need to charge and I wish it lasted longer. It takes 2-3 hours to a full charge. It wonât be a problem when Iâm done with deep cleaning and am just using it for periodic cleanups. But for now, I clean, charge it, clean, charge it, etc.

Love this product
Very skeptical at first. The machine is easy to setup, comes already charged so it can be used immediately. When I tell you how clean this left my floors. If I could use this on my walls I would.The vacuum picks everything. I have animals and the amount of hair it picks is amazing. Easy to clean all is detachable. Customer service is amazing.I bought a second one just in case. But really no need to cause the product itself is AMAZING!!!

It does what itâs supposed to
This was a gift from my boyfriend because I hate mopping. I really like this. Itâs fairly light weight and super easy to push. For the most part it cleans my floors really well. I have hardwood floors that are uneven in some places in my apartment so the roller doesnât hit every inch of the floor. The battery last long. Cleaning it out is pretty fast and easy. It comes with two mop rollers. I wish one of the rollers was more like a brush. It would make scrubbing some areas easier or it to use on a small rug that way you wouldnât need more than one vacuum cleaner. Other than it not being able to get every inch of the floor and the rollers itâs perfect for a quick cleaning.

Eureka doesn’t honor it’s warranty
I bought this vacuum 11 months ago for over $300 and have used it as directed. The other day I pulled the water tank off to refill it and the parts on the bottom that connect it to the unit just fell apart. Upon inspection I can see that the parts are flimsy and look worn out from normal use with city water. I called Eureka and was first told that the model was discontinued so I couldn’t order new parts. The agent gave me one of the roughly 8 part numbers that I would need to repair it on my own, suggested I check if other manufacturers are still carrying the part, and didn’t mention anything about the warranty. I got off the phone frustrated and reviewed my order and saw that the vacuum came with a 2 year warranty. I called Eureka back and they said that “unfortunately the warranty only covers manufacturer defects and not consumer neglect”!!!!!!! I find this infuriating. I loath a company that doesn’t uphold IT’S OWN promises to customers and gives them the runaround. Very uncool and if this isn’t resolved I swear I will never own another Eureka in my life. Anyway, I explained that I have been using it as directed and it’s clear that the parts are just not robust enough to withstand normal use, that there was no neglect and that this is unacceptable. The agent told me she would follow up with an emal that would allow me to dispute this and then she HUNG UP ON ME! I was irritated, but I was not being rude to her, to be clear. Honestly these companies today are doing the bare minimum and don’t seem to have any concern about maintaining customer loyalty or customer experience. It’s bizarre. It’s now been 20 minutes since I spoke to the representative and there is no email for me to follow up on. It’s absolutely unacceptable for an appliance to last only 11 months and the company not uphold it’s warranty or provide a way for customers to repair it, and it’s absolutely abhorrent to be rude or give customers the runaround when they try to repair their products. Will not buy again and would not recommend unless you enjoy throwing your money away.Besides this I want to mention that while this vacuum would sweep and mop floors at the same time AND is self cleaning, there is still a good amount of work requried to keep it clean and from getting funky, so on my end I will probably go back to something more standard after this (that is not made by Eureka if I have not made that clear).

Awesome
This is one of the best vacuum cleaners I’ve used. I didn’t want to leave a review immediately because I previously bought a vacuum cleaner that had good reviews, but I quickly regretted it. However, I’ve been using this product for over six months now, and it has proven to be reliable. It’s not overly complex like robot vacuums or other high-tech models, but it gets the job done well. Value for money

Super green!
Super happy ladies! Far superior than my last and first wet vac. This one does not have a rug roller, but it was for my tile and vinyl plank floors. It picks up tons more dirt and doesn’t leave any water line behind when I am finished. The pivot head is phenomenal. Easy to set up and use. Plus, the charging port has 3 prongs vs one on my last machine, and they give you an extra roller and filter. Caution, it might be hard for you ladies to pull the roller latch up to get the roller out to clean.

Wet Dry Vacuum
This product is AMAZING!!!! This is super handy if you have animals, especially if you have dogs. When its raining and I let them out to go potty, this is a great tool to clean up mud from my floors! I have not used it on carpet but on hardwood it is awesome!!

Absolutely fantastic!
This wet dry vac was so easy to use right out of the box that I questioned whether or not I had missed something…but nope, it just WORKS just as it is supposed to. Overall the unit is substantial without being too heavy, which is also a plus.All you have to do is attach the handle etc and charge it, and you are ready to go. It is a very high quality vac – well built, sleek design, and it is a great alternative to a steam mop, which was what I was previously using…that often did a lackluster job, needed distilled water, had a cord etc…and would just push dirt around into the corners. This actually PICKS IT UP, which is exactly what it should do. Once you are done, all you have to do is put it back on the base to charge. It even self cleans and everything after you empty the tanks. It is equally easy to use as a regular vacuum too and it’s excellent at handling that job as well.This unit is pricey, but it’s worth it. Two thumbs up!
