I got it and charged the battery first thing. I put the vacuum together in minutes. First thing I noticed was the weight. It weighs barely anything. Great for those who have back problems. I got this primarily for my steps so that was what I tried it on. No effort at all to do them. I have 18 steps and it took about 25% power to do them. It picked up dirt with no strain on the motor. I will try the attachments later but so far I’m impressed with the size and weight compared to how it functions. Lots of power in this lightweight design. I’ll update when I use it more.

Vacuum worked great 6 months. Customer service was awful.
If you are looking for a stick vacuum to last short term, this is the vacuum for you! This vacuum is a great little work horse. It sucks up my toddlers Cheerios and my German shepherds hair. I will say that because the intake is narrow at the top it will suck up things as large as goldfish and popcorn, but they will then clog the vacuum.It’s been a wonderful replacement for the broom and pan, and it vacuums well enough to do a cursory “sweep” of carpet.However. After using this little vacuum daily for months, when returning it to the hook on the wall the tube extension and floor attachment ca-chunked right onto the floor. The small piece of plastic which attached them to the main canister had broken right off. The vacuum was not roughly treated, it was stored in the same place daily after use, and while the canister still sucks at the same strength, because it is the cannisters plastic that is broken it can no longer attach to the extension tube or floor attachment without falling right off.I contacted customer service regarding this issue via email and asked if it was possible to get a replacement part or even a replacement vacuum since I really liked the vacuum while it worked. Without any opportunity for discussion they told me they are mailing me a check within 10-14 business days. The check is for the price I paid in October, $96, and the current price (even with the coupon applied) is $108. So if I wait the 3 weeks for the check, cash it, and buy a new one I’m still paying $12 more to have a working vacuum and I have a broken one to dispose of.Instead of this I’ve just duct taped the tube to the canister. It still works, it’s just not pretty. I understand sometimes parts get stressed and break but I was really disappointed with the customer service response to a broken product.Overall, the vacuum sucks in a good way but if it breaks the customer service is seriously lacking.**Update**: I’ve knocked this product down to 1 star due to the awful customer service. In order to issue a refund (via check mailed within 10-14 business days), the company insists on having a very specific format of the order invoice which cannot be accessed on Android phones. They’ve still not issued me a check. I didn’t receive an email notifying me a check was sent, or that it was denied, so I reached out and requested that if the check still hasn’t been mailed I’d prefer a wiring vacuum. The customer service rep informed me they do not replace vacuums. The customer service really couldn’t be any worse.

So quiet it doesn’t scare the cat.
1 Year Update: I am constantly amazed at how much dust and dirt this little vacuum gets out of my large area rug and hallway runner. It also gets up dirt on the hardwood, and from under chairs and couches. You would think it would stop collecting it, but it keeps pulling up the dirt. Last summer I had a flea infestation because of my cat, and vacuuming 2-3 times a day with this stick vac cleared that problem right up. It is so lightweight it is not a burden at all. I really can’t complain. I could wish for just a bit more suction power, but I cannot argue with the amount of dirt it collects. This was a great buy for $99.Original Review: I’ve had this for one day and so far I am very impressed. It picks us a lot of dust and dirt on both carpet and hardwood. The collection area is easy to empty although if you let it get too full the dust sticks up in the cannister and has to be dug out (not difficult, but it isn’t quite as easy as just opening the trap door). It is also very quiet — so quiet it doesn’t even scare the cat when on high. It is lightweight and very easy to handle. The rotating brush head pivots easily and slips under furniture with no trouble. I wish it would stand upright on its own when not being used, but it doesn’t. It does come with a wall hanger and a crevice tool. I think this will be my go-to vacuum for everyday cleaning. I will drag out the Electrolux only for heavy duty cleaning.I paid $99 for this vacuum on Amazon and although it may not be as good as the Dyson portable vacuums neither does it cost $600.Update: I really like this vacuum after 6 months. It still picks up dust from deep in the rugs which gives you an idea of a) how dirty my rugs were, and b) how good the vacuum is in getting to that deeply embedded fine dust. Every time I vacuum my carpets there is a new load of fine dust in the hopper that was pulled from deep in the pile.

Loving this little machine. It does a great job on Lino, tile and low pile carpet. Run time is adequate. I especially like the you can take the dirt canister off completely to wash and clean it. I have always hated the smell of those canisters after a time they just get nasty. This way I can easily deal with that! Thank you Eureka!
