Well-Decorated: A CES 2021 winner, RoboVac X8 Series is highly recommended by numerous media companies such as Wired, Digital Trends, TechRadar, connect, and Good Housekeeping.
Twin-Turbine Technology: With each turbine generating 2000 Pa of suction power, RoboVac X8 Hybrid creates up to 80% more airflow* to pick up more dust, debris, and pet hair from every corner of your house. *When compared to eufy´s single-turbine robotic vacuum.
iPath Laser Navigation: Using advanced LiDAR technology, RoboVac X8 Hybrid scans your home to intelligently navigate and avoid obstacles in real-time for more efficient cleaning throughout your house, even in low-light.
2-in-1 Vacuum and Mop: Make cleaning more efficient by mopping and vacuuming at the same time. With the extra large 250 ml water tank, RoboVac X8 Hybrid mops generate a long time mopping.
AI. Map 2.0 Technology: Save maps for multiple floors in your home so RoboVac X8 Hybrid knows exactly where it’s cleaning, whether it’s on the first floor, in the basement, or in the attic.
Note: Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz router or a dual-band router that is configured to support a 2.4GHz frequency band. RoboVac does not support 5GHz frequency band

Customers say

Customers find the robotic vacuum cleaner performs well and cleans various rooms in their homes. It has strong suction power and is quiet, allowing them to vacuum more efficiently. Many consider it a good value for the money. However, some customers report issues with the vacuum getting stuck or having poor battery life.

This thing works way better than expected
November 1, 2020 updateOne of my two Eufy 30C vacuums began badly malfunctioning well within the warranty period. I contacted Eufy support, and after demonstrating the malfunction (spinning in circles continuously forever), Eufy sent out a brand new replacement that I received within two days of Eufy accepting the warranty issue. Pretty amazing. The best part though is that the replacement vacuum clearly has better programming and probably improved hardware. It can now selectively disable the sweeper brushes when it senses that they are caught on something which is a frequent occurrence in our house. This is a very important benefit because without this ability, the gears on the sweeper brushes skip when a brush gets stuck and eventually the gear teeth round off allowing the sweeper brushes to stop spinning on even the slightest obstacle. Another benefit is that this updated version seems to be able to better avoid getting stuck at drop offs. It also seems to have an updated algorithm for is vacuuming pattern, although I’m not sure that the altered algorithm is improved. I’ve found that in our dining room the vacuum spends an inordinately large amount of time around the dining table, and it actually seems to sometimes be unable to find its way out of fairly tight confines.Overall, the updated firmware/hardware make this a much better vacuum, and I’ve updated my rating of it to 5 stars. There are still things that could be better, but for the price, this vacuum is awesome.October 4, 2020 update:We bought two of these – one for the upper floor and one for the lower floor. The one on the upper floor gets way more use, and its starting to go bad. One of the side/edge brushes easily is stopped from spinning (drive gear is likely become stripped), and the vacuum often start spinning in a circle with nothing blocking it. Now happens every time we use it. This is a common problem, and some people have found that this is correlated to there being debris in the mechanism of the center gimbal wheel. Not for mine though. I have also cleaned all the sensor windows multiple times. Power-cycling the vacuum usually fixes the issue temporarily. Its currently spinning in a circle as I write this. Was good while it lasted. Hoping the warranty is good.Original review:We’ve only had this thing for about a week, but in that one week, its done way better than I expected. We vacuum every other week with an upright cord vacuum, and since robovacs have relatively low suction power and flow rate, I wasn’t expecting it to find much of anything, but to my surprise, its vacuumed up tons of cat hair and fine dirt, and larger debris. Immediately after the vacuum reaches full charge, I set it loose in some part of the house. Its been run through each room multiple times now, and it keeps finding stuff. And I clean the dust bin and shake out the filter after each run, so I know exactly what its finding. Its very impressive, especially for the sale price. If it lasts even six months before breaking, it will have been worth it.Here are the positives:- Probably the best thing about it is the ability to clean under beds and other furniture that can’t easily be cleaned with a conventional vacuum.- It does a good job of cleaning in other hard to reach places.- We have a piano in the house, and I watched carefully to see if it would damage it, but so far, it hasn’t marred it. This robovac has a rubber bumper, and it requires only a light touch (or no touch) to get it to change direction.- The wifi feature is great for notifying the user when the Eufy is fully charged or when its stuck.- It catches way more stuff than I ever expected.Neutral aspects:- It cannot see toys, cords, clothing, and any other small items on the floor, and it will easily get stuck on these items, so a room has to be prepped before letting the Eufy loose in it. In a way this is a positive feature because it forces the user to tidy up the floor area.- It takes about 3-4 hours to charge. Some negatives:- It does good at sensing ledges that have a hard edge like an uncarpeted step down, but we have a single step down in our living room that’s carpeted, and the Eufy gets stuck on it all the time.- It routinely gets stuck under toe kicks in the kitchen and in our master bath.- It has a hard time getting onto some our throw rugs. Its not an issue of tassels but rather, the debris gathering spinners at the front work their way under the throw rug, and this prevents the Eufy from being able to drive onto the throw rug.- The fact that the Eufy will notify you via wifi and a beep when its stuck is great, but it gets stuck multiple times during a cleaning run, so it can’t be left to run unattended, at least not in our house.- It will only find its way back to the charging base if its relatively close, perhaps only within 15 feet.- It does not get anywhere close to 100 minutes on a full charge. We are consistently seeing only 30-40 minutes max.

    You need this!
I bought this on sale because I have two dogs who track in dirt from thier dog door. I thought it would at least help, but I haven’t had to vacuum or mop since I bought it! Battery life is great, picks up all the dog hair, and mops well. My only draw back is that the mop pad doesn’t stay saturated for the full clean (about 1200 sq ft of wood floor). I LOVE that I can set no mop zones, virtual barriers and it shows me the path on the app. I’ve had 3 Eufy robot vacs and they really innovate and improve with every version. I have already referred three other people to this product because of the value, it’s a powerful appliance. It’s a little louder than my last one but having the mop feature makes up for it. This has saved me so much time and coming home to a clean floor everyday is amazing.

    Great suction, mapping is decent
I have wanted to purchase a robot vacuum ever since Roomba became popular but was always hesitant mostly because A) How strong could something so small be? and B) I didn’t find it impressive how they would just go around the home randomly with no plan (What has been cleaned already vs. what has not been cleaned). I was moving at the end of 2022 and have been a loyal customer of Anker for years (their speakers, power banks, and cords) and I saw this on sale for 320 around black Friday. This model is so powerful. I can set it to max suction (pretty loud but we run it downstairs while our home offices are upstairs) so the noise does not matter. it can clean our downstairs (around 600 SF) within 30 minutes. we have it run daily and the floors are always spotless when work is over. We have a lab and she sheds A LOT. The way this model works is it uses the air force to compact the dust and hair into the dust bin. it comes out like a block when we empty it everyday. the mapping is pretty cool and I find it interesting to watch it work. it seems to get smarter each day it cleans. The mopping feature is pretty simple. its a small water bin that attaches under the dust bin and releases water onto a reusable pad as it goes around vacuuming. As it vacuums, it runs the wet pad behind its path. It works well enough for a weekly light clean, but don’t expect it to mop as well as an actual human can. Keep in mind, it’s simply spraying water on the floor and doing a light scrub with the pad, no water is actually soaked back up so a lot of dirty water stays on the floor. With that being said, the mopping feature is simple enough that it requires minimal aftercare for the machine compared to my Bissell Crosswave which needs to be deep cleaned after each use or it will begin to smell. The Eufy requires a weekly deep clean that takes about 10 minutes to wash out the dust bin and filters, and do a quick check of its electrical components such as cleaning off the sensors. I do not regret buying this and think the sale price of 320 is a great deal for the tech built into this.

    Fantastic Company & Great Products
Got this on the end of the year sale several years ago.First one arrived broken, called Eufy and they sent me a brand new one within 3 days. This specific model had the misfortune of smearing dog poo across an entire living room of my home – I had to clean up the floor myself and was afraid I had destroyed the new machine. Was able to call up Eufy and they were happy to assist me, disassembling and cleaning myself was super easy and the machine never had any issues again mechanically.Noise level can be pretty loud depending on the vacuum level, but it’s not really a huge deal – it’s vacuuming after all.Pretty small, sometimes would get stuck in certain sofa crevices or cluttered areas, or snag a fallen blanket with it’s rotor – but you can simply pick it back up and send it on its way.Ive had this for going on 3-4 years now and it’s been an amazing investment for someone with a shedding dog and no time to dust or clean in detail.

I love this little guy. He’s quiet, picks up dog hair, and I can preprogram times for him to clean. Works well with Alexa. The brushes to need to be cleaned off regularly. But to be fair there’sa lot of dog hair. I will be getting another for the upstairs too.

I have been using this vaccum cleaner for some weeks now and I believe this is the best robotic vaccum cleaner as far as i know with so much power and best features.First one i noticed is twin turbine technology and the suction power it has is too good and i dont think any other robotic vaccum cleaner in this segment will match with this kind of power.Second is the noise level which is very very less and mostly we wont even know whether the machine is running and since we have small kids it is a very important aspect which we required in our house.Multi floor mapping is working perfectly and navigation level is also very very accurate. It makes my life easier and no need to recheck for any missed out places.Inbuilt water tank provided is the biggest in this segment i believe and it is more than enough for cleaning my entire house without the need for refilling again.Cleaning the vaccum cleaner is also easier.I will definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives.

I’ve used the competitor’s product for years, but decided to try the Eufy product after hearing how quiet my daughter’s machine was. I do so with some skepticism that it could keep up with the constant shedding of our two dogs. Much to my delight, it does. After a couple of months, however, it started making a terrible noise and leaving balls of hair on the floor, so we contacted customer support. I included a video, which helped them diagnose the problem: something had been sucked into the fan. When their troubleshooting suggestion didn’t work, they offered me a replacement and paid for return shipping of the damaged unit.I’m a happy customer.

The initial setup is very easy and straightforward. The device is great in cleaning! Although the mopping is not great. The vaccum suction is powerful enough to suck most of the dirty out!Cleaning the dust container can be hideous though! But if you take your time in cleaning the filter and the bin properly, it would extend the lifetime of the filter.Overall, if you can afford it, it’s the best option! ( X8 hybrid )
