At first it worked great other than the map of our house kept disappearing. The map issue seems to be resolved, thankfully, but now it fails to complete it’s schedule for one reason or another every 2 or 3 times it runs. It has not scratched our hardwood floors but sometimes will track dirt from one room to another and leave it. In short it’s great when it works but it’s not reliable.

This is a very nice vacuum. My only criticism is that it is very noisy when it unloads. I have the other model that doesn’t automatically unload and I like it better. If I had to doIt again I would buy the lower price model that you manually unload save yourself some money!

I have three indoor dogs in a busy household where sand rules! This eufy picks up the sand and dog hair with ease. Not too noisy and very efficient, even along the wall and corners. Finds it’s way through over, and around!

I had a roomba for years and decided to make a change. I’ve always felt the roomba could be better, but never wanted to keep buying different ones. I saw Eufy and was skeptical as I had not previously heard of this brand. Everything changed after the first use. This vacuum is AWESOME!!!! Just buy it as you will not me disappointed
