1. Does L60 with Self-Empty Station support 5GHz Wi-Fi for network configuration?
Yes, L60 with Self-Empty Station supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, plus Bluetooth for easy setup. For any setup issues, contact eufy support for assistance.
2. Why does L60 with Self-Empty Station only have one side brush?
It features iPath navigation and a single side brush. This design allows for efficient cleaning patterns and wall-edge cleaning, guided by smart sensors. It ensures optimal performance and lowers maintenance costs.
3. Does L60 with Self-Empty Station work well on carpets?
It can handle carpets with pile heights of up to 26 mm but may struggle with thicker or harder carpets. It can cross from floor to carpet up to pile heights of 24 mm. For fringed carpets, please set a no-go zone to avoid the robot getting stuck.
4. How good is L60 with Self-Empty Station’s hair-cleaning performance?
It has a maximum suction of 5,000Pa for effective cleaning, and its dustbin has a capacity of 260ml. For homes with pets that shed hair regularly, we recommend setting the suction to 5,000Pa and self-empty frequency to every 30 minutes.
5. How effective is L60 with Self-Empty Station’s obstacle avoidance feature?
It uses laser radar to detect obstacles, but it may miss glass, mirrors, and small items like most radar-equipped machines on the market. We recommend tidying up wires and small objects, as well as setting no-go zones for better performance.
Up to 60 Days* of Hands-Free Cleaning: 17,000 Pa of suction draws dust and debris out of eufy robot vacuum L60’s dust bin and transfers it to a 2.5 L dust bag in the Self-Empty Station. Thanks to the large capacity, you can wait up to 60 days before replacing.
Ultra-Strong 5,000 Pa Suction: Hair, crumbs, and dust are removed easily in just one pass for cleaner floors.
Precision Mapping for Efficient Navigation: iPath Laser Navigation uses advanced Lidar technology to scan rooms and create accurate maps, resulting in efficient cleaning routes around your home.
Customizable AI.Map 2.0: The eufy robot vacuum L60 use the app to select specific rooms to clean, set up No-Go Zones, and use Multi-Floor Mapping for homes with more than one floor.
Hair Detangling Technology: End the need for manual hair removal from the roller brush. The Self-Empty Station’s Hair Detangling technology slices through hair that gets wrapped around the roller brush with ease.
What’s in the Box: eufy Robot Vacuum (with Side Brush, Roller Brush, and Roller Brush Cover), Self-Empty Station (with Dust Bag), Quick Start Guide, and Safety Book.

Such a great help at my animal shelter.
I have purchased almost a dozen of these robot vacuums all of varying quality and functionality for the animal shelter I work at. These lidar navigation robots have been the only ones able to really be useful in such a large complex building as I can specifically tell it where to go clean as needed throughout my day. This L60 is the first self emptying robot I’ve purchased though and boy am I so happy with it. I purchased a used Deebot N10+ that self empty’s for our cat room and after testing both this L60 is way better at emptying the bin than the Deebot which takes a couple tries to fully get all the hair out of the bin. The only thing the L60 seems to struggle with is removing larger pebbles from the bin which is fine as we dont tend to have too many of those floating around the building. The Eufy app is by far the best of the 3 lidar mapping robots ive got (Eufy, Deebot/Ecovacs and WYZE). It seems to have all of the features that are missing from either the Deebot or Wyze apps. Although I will say the L60 map seems to be slightly off in some areas, like something shifted during the mapping process which caused some confusion for it as its trying to navigate to certain areas. But Its a big building and I am sure this could be fixed by just generating a new map which can be difficult to do in a working environment so I will probably attempt a new map when things are slow and I can let the robot do its thing without any other factors possibly interrupting it.Its been about a week of use which is still pretty early to tell how durable it will be in the long run. The WYZE robot vacuum made it about a month before its vacuum pump failed and had to be sent back for replacement so I will update this review with any long term issues I get with the L60 :)Overall very happy with this bot especially with the price of admission.

Worth every penny
This vacuum is a game changer. Super convenient and easy to use with the app. We have a golden retriever that sheds daily and this vacuum picks it all up.

Disappointed
I wanted to love this vacuum but I ended up being very disappointed. Now itâs too late to return. It worked great the first few times. I have hardwood floor and very very low rugs. I started to notice it would pick up great, however, then every time it went over the edge of the rug it would dump out whatever it had, I assume, from the little bump. Even after going to its station to empty. So I was finding I needed to sweep anyway. I deep clean weekly and this little thing I was hoping would help in between.

Auto emptying of dust bin works well.
This newer model replaces my previous Eufy vacuum (very reliable). I appreciate the reliability, quality, and dependability of this vacuum. Wall edge cleaning could be improved. This model has better coverage tracking and returning for recharge. Dust bin is very efficient. Feature to clean brushes during dust bin elimination saves much time and improves vacuuming. Highly recommended.

Works exactly as described
This is my first robot vacuum and I freaking love it. I found the setup and programming with the app easy to figure out. I mapped my rooms and scheduled it to run everyday in the evening, but not to late as it does make some noise especially when self emptying. I do pick up before I retire and so far no issues with it getting stuck. Battery has no problem lasting for the full clean. I have two large shedding dog beasts and it is wonderful to wake up each morning to floors not covered in dog hair.

Not much power or suction
I have tried several robot vacuums. Eufy L60 Robot Vacuum just could not do it for me, and I don’t have pets. Noisey and poor control app.

Quickstart manual is WRONG
Really one Star because they have incorrect setup instructions and are probably loosing money from all the people returning units. I don’t know if it will work in the long run. This was the 2nd “renewed” item I got, they both behaved the same. On power up lights went into quick flash and if you follow the manual by pressing that button on the right for 3 seconds it will shut down. What I did (this is by memory so exact wording will be guessed at):On power up and getting the with fast flash lights:–>in the app during “Add a device” don’t do anything and PRETEND you heard that voice etc, highlight button and click next–>reset the network like it tells you and you’ll be good. Eventually it will ask for a wifi password.–>well this worked in my situation, good luck.PS: my phone had bluetooth on and was connected to wifi

Pleased with this purchase. This is the first robot vacuum that we have purchased. I was not sure what model or brand to get (vacuum/ mop / base station / sensors/ radar). I selected the refurbished model as it was priced well after reading/ watching several reviews and settled on this L60 model. It was delivered in original packaging. Start up was easy and the first clean was on auto for a test run. The device needed to empty itself twice before in completed the task (dirty house). The home is a bungalow, mainly hardwood with tile (a couple of door mats and a runner). After an overnight charge it completed a home scan / mapping of the rooms. Itâs now set up to vacuum the kitchen everyday and then I manually select it to do the living room areas and bedroom areas on alternating days (usually when I take the dog out for a walk). The unit cleans itself (base station empty is a bit noisy but not offensive). The device has been stuck once on a boot tray. The app is easy to use and you can select rooms to clean and see what it has completed. The big test was when the floor was mopped (manually with a Swiffer mop) and it was significantly less dirty than before the vacuum was put into service. The problem with my review is that I have nothing to compare this vacuum to other than a manual one. The app seems easy, the device vacuums under beds, sectional couch, tables and empties itself. Our house is cleaner than before and our Scottish Terrier hasnât attacked it yet.Iâm pleased enough that I would like to get a second one for a cottage property in the future. The only question I have left is the durability of the unit. No reason to believe this unit wonât last but Iâm hoping for several years of service.Good luck with your purchase

Only had it for a couple of weeks, but it works great so far. The app is also good with no issues. Refurbished unit came packaged like new, and looked like new. Battery life is good enough for my needs (only have hard floors). The only issue I had so far was that I have a couple of very light fabric small rugs, and it got stuck in them. But now I just take them off the floor before I start the cleaning cycle. For the price, I’d say go for it, especially if you have hard floors (wood, vinyl, etc)

We have two big Bernedoodles and two kids, this thing is a monster and we love it. Recommending this to all our close family and friends. It works like a charm and has cool features like suction adjustment on carpets and can climb over anything and fet unstuck on its own. Dont second guess, get it!
