AMAZING!
I love the ability to map out our house and have it clean while we are gone. This machine has a good battery life, rarely gets stuck and works very well overall. We will not live without one now!

Not very good at vacuuming
Unfortunately, this model is actually worse than the Eufy G30/G50 series.
I used this on hard flooring to vacuum my petsâ hair. The G30 did it flawlessly. This one canât. It seems to generate a ton of static on the outer shell and carries the hair everywhere rather than actually vacuum it up. Even after a daily vacuuming schedule, thereâs still hair everywhere. Plus, the hair gets easily tangled into every moving part under the robot. It takes way more cleaning than the G30. And it even has less capacity than the G30.
The only good thing about this robot is the laser mapping technologyâ¦ if you can get over the fact that it thinks the sliding glass door is another room. You can create âno-go zonesâ in the app but it seems to bug out sometimes and ignore the zones.
I recommend you just get the G30.

Much better than the old model.
I had an old s11 that finally died. This one is much better. It maps the house and follows a snake pattern. Once the mapping is finished you can select what rooms you want to clean. I like the self emptying feature. Plenty of battery life.

Refurbished model parts missing, but Eufy/Anker fixed it.
I purchased a refurbished Robovac L50, and was excited to see if it was an improvement from my old 1s. Unfortunately the dust basket was missing a pin and that plastic screen that keeps the filter and foam in. I contacted the vendor, and Eufy responded quickly.
The unit itself has laser guidance and a great app that lets you control it and set times, etc. Itâs a definite evolution from the 1s. It is faster, cleans better, and allows you more ways to control it
This is a great value for the money, especially for the refurbished price and the outstanding customer service.

Great little cleaner
I have a 2000 sqft condo with all stained concrete floors and this little vacuum does a great job. The set up in the app was very simple and the vacuum scanned the whole place and then got to cleaning. It takes it just under 2 hours to clean everywhere and then returns itself to the base for charging. The battery is at about 25% after the two hours. For $125 on Amazon Renewed, I canât see how you could do better. I do empty the tray after each cleaning but thatâs no big deal.

Unable to use product out of the box. Issue with most recent iOS/Android Apps. Found fix.

Bought 2 units in early December 2024. These units were unusable straight out of the box. Using Eufy’s most recent iOS/Android Apps, Version 3.4.13, they did not connect to my home network. I tried 2.4 gigahertz networks when attempting to connect these vacuums. I tried using Android and iOS devices to get these on the network. Nothing worked.
Reached out to Eufy customer service. I made them a 5-minute long video showing this issue. Customer service provided some recommendations but nothing worked. I ended up finding my own solution. I sideloaded an older Android version, VersionÂ 2.29.0, and both of these L50s connected right up. The most recent version of the app, 3.4.13, would not connect these L50 units. Once connected to network, VersionÂ 3.4.13 worked with these units.
Eufy customer service did follow up and offered me a refund on my purchase on 12/29/24. I will edit this review with more info.

I don’t like things, I like this thing.
Best purchase I have made in a while. I expected it to be a gimmick but with a 10 year old and 2 dogs my floors have never stayed cleaner. It doesn’t do the job of a good full sized vacuum but it keeps everthing pretty clean. It gets all the top dust and animal hair and even does a good job of pulling things out of the corner.
The only downside is about every 2 months you have to remap your house because it gets confused. It’s one press of a button though so it’s really not a but deal. Just a little annoying.

Broken inside 🙁
The robot came with the garbage container broken as well as its plastic flips. It detects the damage and stops working.

Nice unit at a good price, lidar and mapping feature helped to define no-go zone which is helpful, worth the extra cost. Ability to ‘climb’ is quite good.
