Good purchase and price. Worth the investment.
Bought this to help with the sheer amount of pet dander in the house. Since purchasing and setting up, it has worked wonderfully! We appreciate the collection tank so we don’t have to empty it out as often. The only issue we have come across is that it gets stuck under our couch fairly often and we have to move it for it to resume cleaning. Other than that, it is definitely worth the purchase. Another cool feature is that it can connect to your phone and can track where it has cleaned already. You can also use your phone to ask it to complete a spot clean. Definitely recommend!

Capable robot vacuum at an excellent price!
Robot vacuums have become a fascination with me (weird, right?) and Eufy (by Anker) is one of the brands I’ve had success with. While I’ve used everything from the flagship model from “Brand i” on down to very simple bumper-car types, one of my favorites was a second gen Eufy robot that we’ve used for a number of years now. When the main motor started showing its age, we started looking around for something newer and with more capabilities that would still feel familiar to us. When I saw this Clean G40+, it met all of the requirements on our wish list.When we opened up the box and did the setup, we were both super impressed by how quickly everything was able to be put in place and activated. This one was easier than our older one by a good amount. Getting it setup with the app was quite straightforward, and it arrived mostly charged, so we didn’t have to wait as long as we expected. Then it was off and running. The app made things easy for us in terms of monitoring and controlling. I love that the ability to be self-emptying has not only come down to mid-range (speaking price here) but that it also works really well. There’s no dust reside that my nose can detect and changing out the bags (which we don’t have to do too often) is a very clean process.After several months of use, I can confidently say that had we found this before the “Brand i” flagship, we would have stopped looking. It can do all of the key functions and offers equally as effective app command & control abilities, for half the price. Eufy/Anker has been a go-to family of brands for me for many years given their cost-effective reliability and advanced functionalities, and this Clean G40+ only strengthens that opinion. Most impressive.As with any robo-vac, battery life and suction are the two truly key characteristics. Suction is excellent and this tackles both our hardwood and tile floors without flinching. Battery life per charge is exponentially improved over our legacy eufy robo-vac, and reasonably comparable to that “Brand i” unit. So far, we haven’t seen any reduction in runtime between charges. Cleaning hair off the bar has been simplified from earlier generations, and while it will vary by household, it wasn’t nearly the chore for me as it has been in the past.My only “be aware’s” are to make sure you’ve got any cords up and off the floor and that if you’ve got any throw rugs, watch how the unit handles them. It doesn’t mind a couple of our throw rugs, but it did get into a little bit of a tussle with a lighter-weight one in the hall that we’ve learned just to take up before running the robo-vac. Also, be aware that the cost savings vs the premium tier units comes from this model not having most of the “intelligent” features. Those are great for more complex room/furniture layouts, but for more normal rooms with less obstacles, this model will perform the same cleaning without the near-doubled price. There is basic room mapping/reporting, though you can’t edit the map. Not a biggie for me. It does have internal logic for route planning, and that’s what seems to matter most. So far, we haven’t seen it get confused or stuck in a loop (as can happen with most robo-vacs, regardless of manufacturer), though our layout is fairly basic.There it is. Eufy delivers again. Great value. Easy to use. Low maintenance. Worth considering if it’s in your budget and you want cleaning & self-emptying functionalities without a lot of bells and whistles. We’re hoping lasts a long time, as it’s doing a great job!

I’ve had this for 4 months now and love it so far. I had another robot vacuum for over 5 years, but wanted one with an automatic dust collector. This one works very well. I like the adjustable suction power and that it sweeps low carpet. I use it under my bed since nothing else can reach under. So far I haven’t had trouble with it getting stuck under my couches like my old one did. You have to remember to remove rugs though or it gets all tangled in shaggy rugs. It would be nice if it could do better getting dirt from inside corners, but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise, very nice robot vacuum!

I have had an entry level robo vac from a poplar brand for about 5 years and it was time to upgrade. I took a chance on the Eufy as I really wanted a self-emptying model and couldn’t afford the popular brand’s version. Got it for a fantastic prices on sale compared to other brands. Despite having only one roller brush and being slim in design, this vacuum is picking up a ton of pet hair (we have 3 dogs, short and long haired and one cat). It is much quieter than my old vacuum and the slim design allows it to get into more places. I’ve been using it several times a day for a few months now and it is still performing well and I Still haven’t had to empty the bag. The only downside is that I can’t seem to find the vacuum bags on Canadian Amazon and will have to purchase off-brand ones when the time comes. I also have to clean the brush often, but it’s quicker than having to empty and clean the whole thing every time. Game changer!

See title. Would often get stuck underneath furniture. Was nothing but a pain in the *** and the battery stopped working.
