The vacuum actually works. I got it for $110 as a Christmas gift and kind of a toy. It actually does a good job, especially under beds. It doesnât bang into everything or eat all of the cords.

A Little Confused
This thing seems a little confused during navigation. We never really did get a good cleaning, so I upgraded to a G32 and now I’m stuck with this monster. I’ll sell it online with a warning…

Will not last past 3 months, company will not stand beside its product
After 3 months, this has completely died. The company tells me that I am just a hair outside my warranty. But they offered I can buy a new battery.Unfortunately I do not think Iâll give a company more of my money that only stands beside its product for 3 lousy months. No way a battery should go bad that quickly.Instead Iâll find a better quality company and buy a better system that will undoubtedly last more than three months.I recommend you do not buy this product.

Not As Expected
I’ll preface this review by stating that it was an Amazon Renewed Product. It was most likely returned and renewed for the same reason I returned it as well. This unit had a navigation problem… It had a hard time figuring out where it was and where it had already cleaned. Eufy does state that it cleans in 4 x 4 areas and then moves on, which it does. However, once it has cleaned that 4 x 4 area, it has a difficult time establishing its next 4 x 4 area to go to and clean. It seems to be confused and spin around multiple times trying to find its whereabouts. Keep in mind that the whole time it is doing this, its wasting battery. As I sat and watched it try to perform its function, I would cringe at how inefficient its movements are, especially when comparing it to Eufy’s Bounce series of Robovacs.All of these inefficiencies ultimately result in poor battery run time, even on the standard vacuum power setting. It would get HALF of the area clean before the battery would die and it would return home to recharge. Now there is a feature that will charge the battery to 80% and then resume cleaning where it left off. This feature was flawed due to the unit’s inability to navigate properly, and it would just go to an area it had already cleaned and restart cleaning. I could not get this unit to clean 100% of the area no matter how many times is recharged itself. It would just clean the same 4 x 4 areas over and over again.Because of this major navigation issue, I have a hard time recommending this unit. Could it be because it was a renewed product? Possibly… but the movements and patterns of this unit just seem too inefficient for my needs. I did replace this Robovac with a Eufy Bounce Series 11S and couldn’t be happier!
