Our family review on G 20 hybrid Robo mop and vacuum
So letâs talk about the vacuuming I give it a nine out of 10 but as far as the mop goes, I give it a two out of 10 it has no scrubbing abilities. It literally just has a re-washable cloth clip that swipes against the floor with water not very good as you can see in the video at least left a lot of dirt back so the mop I do not recommend.

My favorite robot vacuum.
Does great vacuuming. The mop feature works better than I thought it would. The software is good. I’m really happy with my purchase and will buy eufy again.

Cheap is its best feature
It does what it’s supposed to but it’s as much or more of a hassle then mopping and or vacuuming is.. ok so it’s dumb no lie if it migrates to a room that does t have the base in it, it will NEVER find its way back and go till battery dies… it has no mapping feature so it will clean same area over and over and miss others. But if you have a square room and turn it on knowing this it will tidy up most of that room and you’ll be left to clean edges or corners or hell the whole center of room… Ive since replaced with a roomba and its head and shoulders way better

Less than Roomba, but Good….
Picks up some pet hair, but have to folow-up with my Dyson on carpets. Eufy overage is excellent and sweeps up dust & dirt well. Cleans under chairs and low cabinets that my previous 2 Roomba vacs couldn’t. Overall great robo-vacuum for much le$$ than the Roomba. Thank you Amazon.

It’s a useful tool. Nothing replaces real sweeping, vacuuming and mopping, but we have done very little of these thing since using this device, and our floors have never looked so shiny. We bought refurbished, and it appeared to be new.

Love this!
This is my second Eufy robot ic vacuum. I have had two previous Roombas which I love, but I prefer the Eufy. It’s much quieter and cleans just as well. It’s also doesn’t damage my furniture legs like my Roombas did. And of course, it’s has a much more reasonable price tag. This is one of my “can’t live without” items as we have a cat and two dogs. It is excellent at getting all the fine pet hair that’s so hard to sweep up. The floor can look clean, yet the Eufy will fill up it’s collection bin with hair and dust. I bought my first Eufy 3 years ago and it’s still going strong.

Does a pretty good job
I picked this up as a refurbished unit and everything was in the box to get this up and running.
I have a mixed hardwood floor and carpet. The unit goes between them fairly easily. It does a good job of picking up the dust and dog hair.
My only negative thing I have about this is I need to be home when the until is running and pause the unit to dump the waste container and untangle the pickup brush and then send it on its way and repeat the process a few times before the unit gets low on battery and goes back to the base to recharge itself.
Setting up the app and connecting to my Alexa was fairly easy.
The unit did get stuck under my LG refrigerator and I had to pull it out and let it resume cleaning. It has done this twice.
I hadn’t used the mop feature as you need all hardwood flooring.
