Love this vacuum!
This is my 2nd Eufy purchase and it is so nice not to have to feel like I need to sweep all the time. This Eufy and my previous Eufy has always done an excellent job. Iâm very satisfied with its performance and the longevity of how long they last. For the price this robot vac canât be beat! I have hard wood and tile floors and I run it everyday due to my two dogs.

Great for in-between cleaning!
I am so happy I got this vacuum. I havenât toyed with much with it yet other than setting it to auto clean for certain times of the day. But I have 1 mechanic spouse, 1 boy that plays baseball, another boy that runs around between outside and inside and eating things as he goes and a Basset Hound so this vacuum has been a wonderful addition to our household. Itâs great for the âin betweenâ. Itâd be nice if it was able to get EVERYTHING so I would never have to vacuum again but maybe one day theyâll get them there! It does seem to struggle finding the charging base a little bit. Not sure if thatâs because I got it as an Amazon renewed one or if itâs just a thing for these. Iâm also not sure if it has a mapping feature so it would get through the whole house or not. It tends to like to spend a lot of time in two particular rooms and picks its way around. I donât babysit it so Iâm not sure if it gets every spot or not. With the round design it doesnât get the corners very well, but not a big deal. I still highly recommend it!

I just got my little Eufy and I absolutely love it. It cleans a lot better than my big vacuum, as long as I run it more than once. It doesn’t get all corners but that’s fine, I can touch up once a week.The charge isn’t enough for completely cleaning my small apartment but having a lot of furniture probably has something to do with it. It is pretty quiet, didn’t wake up my dog, and except for being a silly little vacuum that gets stuck in random spots, I am already in love. Alexa is controlling mine and I can tell her a certain time to turn Eufy on but I also have a schedule. I had to block off my dog’s water bowl with the magnetic strips. It pays attention to them but I have now uses all the sticky tape they give you for the magnetic strips on just blocking off the dog water bowl and the reusable pee pad my dog uses.I have been going back and forth for years about getting a robotvac and am now just beating myself up that I didn’t get one sooner. I researched this model and it had some great recommendations.I gave it 4 stars because of Amazon. This was the refurbished version and their refurbished rules state that it will come clean and with all the accessories. I was missing the batteries for the remote. The wheels and sensors were dirty. And the charger had pet hair on it. I can get over the batteries. Annoying but whatever, I had spares. But the dirtiness is what got me. Luckily the brush, filter, and dust bin were clean so that’s good. If it had come clean, this would get 5 stars from me. (Yes I know I am being picky here but Amazon needs to be held at a higher standard if we are to continue shopping here for all our needs).Will update this review as time passes.

Best Purchase EVER!
Meryl Sweep arrived today. I followed all the instructions and got her set up. She took a while to fully charge but once I got her running, I was absolutely blown away. My floors have never been this clean. This is 100% worth every penny I spent. I have a long haired golden retriever and she did an unbelievable job getting all his fur up. I’m so so so impressed.

First, weâve had this for almost 3 weeks now.Pros-Does well sucking up pet hair, has a great battery life, has a setting to vacuums edges and does great, can set a schedule for it to vacuum on its own, can control from a remote or an app on your phoneCons-Kind of loud, vacuums same spots over and over, when on the auto setting or 30 minute setting it wanders aimlessly and misses tons of spots, does NOT go back to charging base on its own (even if you put it right in front of the base it still struggles and usually wanders off to a different part of the room), gets caught on cords, has a feature where you can steer it from phone or remote but does NOT go where you steer it, got stuck on a wall (there was nothing in its path, it just kept running into it before it finally beeped and shut off)

Purchasing the Eufy vacuum was one of my most regrettable decisions. Initially, the product seemed decent â it worked satisfactorily, doing its basic job. However, as time progressed, minor issues began to crop up. When I reached out to their so-called “customer service,” I was met with apathy and incompetence. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to provide tangible solutions were shocking. It felt as though the company was more interested in making a quick sale than in the longevity of their products or the satisfaction of their customers. The more I dealt with Eufy, the more I realized just how subpar their standards are. Seriously, look elsewhere. With so many options on the market, there’s no reason to settle for a company as woefully inept as Eufy.

excellent at picking up dog hairs from our hardwood floors.a bit noising but ok.the sheer disappointment was that after 7 months we would find it in the middle of the floor doa no reason. we cleaned all the wheels and the dust bin we only used it three times a week to provide enough time to get a full charge etc. no good. we are sad because it started out so well
