Don’t bother with the fancy lidar stuff, this thing hits all the spots.
I thought this would miss a lot of spots in our house, but it actually does an amazing job. In fact, it does such a good job of exploring the entire space that it took a full week before I figured out that if there is even the tiniest SLIVER of a chance it will get stuck somewhere, it WILL find that spot and get stuck in it.Pros: My place has never been cleaner. I’m continually blown away by the dust it collects every night even when I think the place is spotless. My cats are a little freaked out by it, but it’s really not that loud and I think it entertains them more than anything else. No cloud management wifi required BS; just schedule it with the included remote or press the button to make it go.Cons: Each night I do have to go around prepping the place to make sure it doesn’t get stuck. The dust trap isn’t huge, so you may find that it is completely packed by the end of a full run; do a few daytime runs and check it every 30 minutes or so until it can use up its battery without filling up all the way.Overall: The algorithm it uses to switch between edge-following, spiral, and criss-cross modes is pretty incredible as far as how well it touches on everything, and clearly indicates that the “efficiency” of the lidar room-mapping bots isn’t at all necessary for it to do a good job. It remains to be seen how long it’ll last, but it seems pretty repairable, so I hope to get multiple years out of it.

Very high-performing vacuum
Is vacuum is by the best of three I have owned. My previous vacuums had issues with being tall enough that they often became jammed under furniture. I began to use large books to block their access to places that they would likely get stuck, and eventually I gave up using them all together because of all the preparations I had to make before I could use them. I bought this model because itâs specs said itâs height was such that it should not have the problem of my earlier vacuums. It has been a great purchase for me. Not only does it fit under furniture that others did not, but I no longer have to pick up the bathroom mats that other vacuums always got stuck on. This vacuum handles floor transitions very well (where others did not), and it is also noticeably quieter than any I have used before. This machine glides over carpets as if they were hardwood and it doesnât get âbogged downâ in some carpet areas. The performance from previous models was pretty good, but this one truly is amazing. I have a cat – the main reason I need this machine – and in a short while the easy-to-empty dust bin had already filled up with cat hair and also litter from near the litter box. The previous models I used didnât seem to pick up cat litter very well. The dust bin is larger than on my previous vacuums and it packs a lot into it. The filter is quite easy to clean since it slides out with the dust bin. Very happy customer!

Cleans well, slim design, doesnât last long
Weâve owned a lot of robot vacs in the past and for some reason, this is the one I keep coming back to. Itâs got itâs pros and cons.Pros:1) slim design. It fits under our furniture with no problems.2) quiet. It runs mostly quiet compared to other brands.3) very few errors and get the job done. Rarely do we find it sitting in the middle of the floor dead like most brands.Cons:1) canât clean inside the wheels. We have dogs and their hair wraps inside the wheels. You canât open them to clean them out. Because of this, we usually have to trash it within a year.2) when the wheels start to get too clogged up, it makes A LOT of noise. When you hear this noise, you know thereâs nothing more you can do for it. Time to get a new one.3) cleaning isnât as easy as other brands.Like I said, we keep coming back to this one due to itâs affordable price and slim design. I just wish it would last longer.

Bought 2 years ago and still obsessed
The amount of stuff this thing picks up is insane! You can put it on AFTER vacuuming with a normal vacuum and it will FILL UP every time! As a mom and a dog owner– it has saved me so much time and I feel good about how clean it is after I’ve put it on! The only thing to be mindful of is cords or things it can get stuck on. I’ve gotten some other robot vacs after I loved this one so much and have sent them all back– this is my go to. The storage compartment for dirt is much bigger than the others that I’ve seen, and it does such a good job! It isn’t the quietest but I’d muchhhh rather push a button and walk away than move all my furniture to vacuum constantly. 10/10 love!

Great price
This thing is a little vacuum beast! We have several areas where the floor has a 1″ step and this little buggar motors its way all over the place with no issues. Set it to start at 8pm. And it vacs for an hour to an hour 15 and then puts itself to bed at the charging station. Picks up hair ties, bread ties, and tons of pet hair, and any pet food that might have been left on the floor. Parts are reasonably inexpensive, and the filters are washable. Win win. Would defenantly buy again.

Updated Eufy 11S Robovac
HATE IT!!! Our old Eufy 11S pooped out on us so we had replace it with this “updated” 11S version, thinking it would be exactly the same. IT’S NOT!! It only has 1 side brush, I prefer 2 side brushes. After researching Product Description vs Product Information they contradict themselves. Also, researching pictures/videos of others, they show 2 side brushes but Description only states 1 side brush!? Also, it doesn’t “sense” obstacles, it hits them, moves them, then turns towards the right. Turns towards the right always! So much so that it will circle around before it straightening itself out! It gets stuck on my high pile shag rug. I’ve tried the magnetic straps to block the large area rug, but that doesn’t work at all!! So, I now have to lay out blockers of blankets & pillows everyday to stop that from happening. Absolutely hate this thing but we can’t find anything different…yet. ð¡

Especially for the relatively low price, I was very favorably impressed. My house has solid floors with a number of throw rugs and cords. The Eufy successfuly handles all the rugs and cords without problem. After a few tries, it can maneuver over a 2 inch door sill.

I have been wanting to try a robovac for some time. This item was sold as refubished at about half price, so I went for it. The brand was on a list of recommended products, so I thought the risk was low. Everyone is impressed by the amount of sand and cat hair this thing collects. It runs every day at midnight, and on demand. There are some limitations, like it can get stuck under a certain table that is low to the floor and has a tapered height. I want to buy or make elevators for this one unit. Also, there is a drop between two rooms, and it cannot go back up the drop. Not unexpected, nor a complaint. Just be realistic about your hopes. It is smart; navigates around the chairs under the dining room table. Overall, super impressed. My wife agrees that it is doing a great job.

Fantastic for my two bedroom apartment with two cats and two people with long curly hair. While we used to sweep every day, we find that we don’t have the need at all.I’m giving four stars as it is advertised to have two brushes at the front, but only has one. It works perfectly fine with one, but I would have preferred two.Excellent budget choice.

It goes under the couch. I don’t. Somehow this little guy always manages to fill up his waste bucket…so it’s doing something right.

We ordered the Amazon Refurbished version of these products twice. The first time, the vacuum was dusty and immediately showed an error when we tried to charge it. The second one would charge for a few seconds and then stop. Neither worked at any point in time. I struggle to understand how these were tested and if they were, if those testing standards are particularly stringent. Based on my experience I would advise buyers to be aware that purchasing these products may meet their expectations for an unchecked customer return, but not for a refurbished product. Either that or the product isn’t good and easily breaks in transit. Of course, I can’t be sure. Either way, I don’t recommend the product.
