Read the warnings
So far we are enjoying this addition to our automated arsenal. If I could do it all over again I would probably pay up for a model with an electronic fence. The vacuum works great but it does love to get caught up on cords. It will roll under everything an find charging cables, power, coax, you name it. I hope to eventually “robot” proof my home and get all of the cords off the floor. If you don’t have a lot of cables on the floor under or behind furniture you will not encounter this issue. Other than that we are please and this has reduced our cleaning burden for sure.

Great little robovac and GREAT customer service
I’ve had several 11S’. I used the first one absolutely to death. I have a German Shepherd (aka German Shedder) and the fur gathers everywhere. That little 11S ran quietly every day and kept the furry tumbleweeds cleared out. I had to empty it daily because it couldn’t make it two days without choking to a stop. My second 11S had some sort of a problem. After several months it started making a very loud noise that sounded like something was stuck in the fan. I contacted customer service and they worked with me via email to try and fix the issue. Sent videos on how to take it all apart and hopefully clear whatever was making the noise. We found nothing and they replaced it immediately. I appreciate that they work with you to try and fix it – because I’d really rather do that. But I really appreciate that they immediately send a replacement if necessary. Whenever I need to get another robovac, I’m definitely going with the Eufy brand. Their products are very good and their great customer service has created a loyal customer.

The robovac is great, the handheld freebie not so much
Purchased a month ago and it has made my life better! Thorough cleaning of each room and easy to empty. I had a robo sweeper before and it constantly got caught on things and would get itself into such pickles every time I ran it, it really needed supervision which kind of defeated the purpose. This device is definitely a smarter upgrade. It sometimes takes a while to find its way back to the charging station but always gets there. It came with a freebie hand vac that malfunctioned immediately so I sent it back, though a friend also has the same one and hers works great so I guess it was a fluke!

Pretty good
It does a decent job at helping me not have to sweep every day. Our entire house in hardwood floors and we have cats. Very quiet compared to normal vacuums, it will get stuck and make sure you pick up charger cords.

Collects the dog hair
This is my second one and I love them. They are extremely good, long lasting and stay charged for a long time. I wish the company would have my new one with two brushes.
I still have my old one and use it for a backup

This Little Vacuum is Powerful
Like this small mini vac. Works very well much better than one I got 4 months ago that died. Bigger vacuum opening where it sucks up the dirt. Heavy duty suction power. Same name as my 45 year old Mighty Mite vacuum, but not the same thing. Odd it has the same name. Like it just as much tho.

This is a review for the handheld. I have already reviewed the Robovac in another post.
I basically got this as a bonus with the robo vac. It is a small unit for small messes. I wouldn’t have kept it at full price, but I basically got it for $10 more and it will be handy in our RV.
