Had it for under 6 months and it stopped working
So, I’m VERY disappointed, not only in the product, but the company as well. My Ecowell started flipping some bogus error about inserting the dirty water tank, which I assure you WAS inserted, and then would power itself down. I tried everything in the book and trouble shooting with Amazon customer service. Well, what do you know, it stops working right outside of the three month warranty…so all Amazon can do is direct me to the Ecowell support page to submit a request for help, since the vacuum does come with a company warranty to fix it. Whelp it’s been over a month and I STILL haven’t heard anything from Ecowell support. Obviously I had to still be able to clean my house, so I went and threw down the same amount of money on a Bissell Crosswave Max…let me tell ya, I wish I had just gone with my first inclination and bought the Bissell, instead of taking a chance on the Ecowell product. This Bissell has at least TWICE the suction and cleaning power…and the battery lasts longer too. Plus it’s just more sturdy, like the top of the brush doesn’t fall off every time I lightly tap it on a wall.Anyways, so disappointed with Ecowell, I will NEVER buy a product of theirs again.

Mop function SUCKS
The only reason I didnât give this product 1 star is because the vaccun function is wasnât terrible. If you use it without water in the tank and only for vacuuming itâs ok. But the second you try and mop it spills water out all over the floors and makes them slippery. Yu condgsnly have to clean out the inside where itâs grabs dust off the floor. Iâm not talking about cleaning up after a million dogs and dust from years ago. Iâm talking about simply going over a small patch and after a minute having to go hose out the inside parts.Lastly itâs EXTREMLY LOUD.. I finally figured out how to turn off the ladyâs loud voice and Iâm still stuck with machines noise at an 8-9

cleans well, just requires more maintenance than expected.
I was saving up for the fancy Bissel Crosswave but decided to spend half that and get this brand. Drawn in by the self cleaning function of these wet/dry mops, I looked forward to cleaner floors and less time invested.Iâve used this unit over a month now and I am pleased with how it cleans the hard floors but very disappointed with the self cleaning function. I use it in an area that is 4â x 8â daily; typical days worth of normal dust and foot traffic with some cat hair – thatâs it. I had expected that after a use, I could use the self clean function then dump and rinse out the dirty water container and be done but the next day it really smells bad. I carry the thing to the bathroom, remove the roller and each time I find watery stinky debris accumulated / puddled in areas under the lid in and around the roller and intake tube. I have to clean and flush the front end of the unit, wash the roller and lid and put it all back together for another use. After all this manual cleaning, whatâs the self-cleaning function really affording me? How much time am I saving by using this device? Not a lot.

Game changer! Life changer!
I love my new wet dry vacuum! I wish I have bought this earlier! It really helped me a lot and saved me tons of time and work load! The suction power is strong and itâs lightweight too. I super love its self cleaning function and just one click and it will wash by itself! Easy, simple, good quality and works well for the house. Iâm highly recommended!

Motor broke in the first few days
This is an update. I owned it for less than a year, and it broke in the first few days of November. The motor is no longer operating correctly. When I called customer care, they advised me to return the product; once they had the vacuum cleaner, they would send me a replacement. Theyâve been making excuses for more than a month, and I’m still without a replacement or any hope of a solution. Save your money and time!.First thoughts : I have three children, dogs, and hardwood flooring. I just don’t understand how effective this vacuum is at scrubbing down floors and removing all dog hair. The walnut floor significantly absorbs dirt and doesn’t get too damp. On a full charge, it covers all of the hard surfaces and is quite simple to clean. I am very happy that I spent the money on it. It makes mopping/vacuuming so much easier and less time consuming.

Wish the Self Cleaning Feature Worked Better ‘Very High Maintenance Machine”
I have been using this cleaner for a year now, and my number one wish is that it comes with an extra roller, since I cannot find where to get a replacement one. I will eventually replace this cleaner as it is very time-consuming and needs a lot of maintenance to keep it clean, and even though it has self-cleaning, I spend most of my time cleaning this machine so it doesn’t get nasty, and it is hard to clean if you have pet hair.I am finished using the floor cleaner, as shown in the photo above it leaked all over once again, and it was extremely difficult to clean the machine it started to lose its suction after each use and started to leak after just one year of use. I had taken good care of it, but it still ended up in the landfill. I had purchased the cleaner as an eco-friendly option, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I apologize for the rant, but I really wanted to like this product.

Very lightweight and outlook is fashion.
i just try my tile bathroom where there is no drain hole on it. It is common in US. When i first set up the product. I dont feel it is lightweight. When i turn it on to roll, I feel it very light weight to roll back and forth.There is no messy to empty the dirty tank. It is easy to pull out the dirty tank . i feel very secure to push down the clean water. I did 3 times self cleaning function for one full clean water tank. At that time my bathroom is almost fully dry. Then it is easy to pull out the roller. Of course i need to take time to figure it out. After i know it, it is very easy to take out and install back the roller. Take out the roller easy, and clean out some left over hair stick on the bottom. Let roller dry it out on air and ready for my next use. Great! Lightweight is king for my age.
