The instructions were easy to follow and I was more than impressed with the results. Used it on a stone colored microfiber sofa, did not leave water streaks and made them look like new. I got this portable carpet cleaner machine for my room since my friend brought her dog to my house and it was dumping around in my room. My room has had pet odor since then. The cleaning machine is small but it has super powerful suction with an independent water tank. It also came with a stiff brush which is very helpful for the deep cleaning for my couch and sofa. I only used it once and completely cleaned the coffee stains that were on the carpet for a long time. After the cleaning, our carpet looks new and no more petâs odors. Good choice again.

I ordered this for cleaning our cloth seats in our cars, expecting a small steam cleaner, but instead I have bought a very capable spot cleaner that works by water and strong suction. I was ready to return my mistake today, but gave it a chance, and was pleasantly surprised.When pretreated with a low-foaming carpet cleaner and brush, with lots of pressure, this effectively removed ground in stains very well, as in like new, to a white interior Subaru.Working in this manner, there is no high heat to worry about, and no burns. But be prepared to work hard at scrubbing out stains first. Otherwise, all youâll have to clean with is cold water and a brush with suction. I have taken photos, but canât seem to submit them in here, sorry.The biggest asset of this machine is its portability. It fits into a car easily, and is lightweight.

UPDATE to Works Great!
UPDATE: Worked great for 6 months, then the hose broke and there is no longer any suction to pull up the water/waste. It was random and I don’t know why the hose broke.Works Great! I bought this for our stairs and it is super easy to use. Then i just hide it away until needed again. It cleans pet accidents and Starbucks spillage! lol

Perfect size for our small house!
Easy to use and easy to clean.Only downfall is it needs a place to store the additional attachments. Which I feel like is the case with most cleaner brands! Ha!Overall, it’s been great for using on our sofa.

Light enough to carry. Does a decent job cleaning
This is a nice machine, but it could be great. I cleaned my carpeted stairs and they look good. I had to refill the detergent tank once which was reasonable. There are no leaks and the liquid all stayed where it belonged. What I disliked is the hose. It has a coiled wire inside which makes it stiff and they have neglected to put a swivel on either end. I had to constantly unravel it and twist it to make the brush meet the rug. I finally began using another brush rather than the one attached to the hose. Then I had to fight the hose only when vacuuming up the “sewerage”, as the manual describes the water in my carpet. That said, I will probably buy another when this one wears out. I just hope the next one has a better hose.

more thorough cleaning
First time buying this cleaning machine and I am very satisfied with its cleaning results. I use it to clean sofas that have been soiled by children. It used to be cleaned by hand, and the cleaning was not very clean, and a lot of cleaning agents were used for the sofa. It is now possible to deep clean the sofa without worrying about leaving too much cleaner.
