So good I bought TWO!
I am a rumba user for the last three years and Iâve had that robot replace several parts multiple times, so I found this robot and decided to purchase it for my niece as a wedding gift. The more and more I looked into it I really felt like this was a better product than my rumba robot so I traded my rumba in for the T 20. We love this so much it is by far, the most superior vacuum and robot mop combo out there this one N8 is basic for medium homes. We have several rugs and carpetâs as well as hardwood that T 20 also has a mop and it easily vacuums, small shag rugs by the tub and sinks and deep, cleans, and mops the kitchen each night when my annoying dog is just lying around a quickly, identifies her and sweeps around. The rumba robot used to always run into my dog, which I did not like at all , she was kind a look at it and say excuse you she is also 130 pounds, so sheâs more like a sofa than a dog and continue to lay around â¦lol you will NOT REGRET this purchase. Itâs more expensive than your other ones but I wonât go to anything else.

Sucks great but also just sucks
The good- This vacuum really cleans well. Seems to pick up just about anything a full size non robotic vacuum does.The bad- Everything else. The radar or whatever makes this supposed to know where its at is extremely unreliable. I basically have to babysit this thing to keep it from getting stuck, lost, ignoring it’s boundaries, or cleaning the same room multiple times. I’ve had to reset it and go through the whole remapping process way too many times. It also leaves the home base collector unit before the collector unit even turns on to empty out the dust bin. I had contacted product support after buying this unit and they did respond quickly and tried addressing the issue. There seems to be a language barrier. I just now emailed them again to see if they make a more reliable model. I would rate their customer service as pretty decent so far.

pleasantly surprised, really enjoying it!
My husband and I were a bit apprehensive of purchasing the refurbish model, but we have been pretty happy with it and are pleasantly surprised. It didn’t take much to set up the zones and rooms other than babysitting our deebot ‘bob’ as it mapped the house at each level. Love that we can set different level of cleaning for zones is so nice to have our higher traffic areas cleaned more thoroughly. ‘Bob’ does get stuck sometimes but that was mostly in the mapping phase which helped us determine our red off limit zones, and then a few times with items on the floor that aren’t normally there. Easy to get him unstuck and back on track. It is a little louder than I think we expected, but honestly not terrible.So as of now, highly recommend!

Didn’t work, returned.
Had exceptional service from my 8 year old ecovacs and was quite please with it and that made the decision to get another.Out of the box, no go. Customer service was far less than useful :-(.Considerably different experience than I had with the old one…Got a different one from another vendor and it has been about 2 months now and I am much pleased with it.

Very bad product.
Navigation system is not working and stocks on wires and between carpet and tiles. You can not program this vaccum by app and must turn on manually.

compre una extra apra no andar moviendo entre plantas la debot que tenia, pero no estaba dispuesto a pagar tanto ya que el uso seria repartidoe ntre las plantas, encontre esta reacondicionada del mismo odelo que tengo y fuciona igual, lo unico que llego diferente a la nueva es el empaque y la caja de ahi en fuera funcionan exactamente igual, ya 3 meses y ni una falla

Amo tener la casa bastante limpia, con el menor esfuerzo posible y este robot te da eso. Requiere si o si despues de las limpiezas checar que no este atorado con algo, vamos, es obvio que no va a poder con una servilleta que se te cayo al piso. Te ayuda a ser ordenado, porque claramente ocupa colocar los tenis y ropa en su sitio, soy hombre que vive solo eso es muy comun, entonces si quiero tener limpio necesito ser mas ordenado. No es nada fastidioso hacer tu parte como limpiar la mopa o quitarle cosas atoradas como cabellos. Es muy buena compra, pero me gustarÃa que actualizaran algunos detalles para que pueda limpiar mejor
