So easy and effective, a teenager can use it
Bought this on my sister’s recommendation to deal with potential puppy accidents and upset stomach issues that come with owning dogs. Our guy trained really quickly so we actually ended up not needing to use this right away and it sat on the shelf for a couple of months. Afterwards, while my wife and I were out of town for a few days, our younger son called in a panic to tell us that the now 75lb dog had a massive and very liquid diarrhea attack on one of our oriental rugs. We told him to first clean up and blot up what he could and then get this stuff out from the laundry room. Progress reports from our son were encouraging, but we’d pretty much resigned ourselves to scrapping the rug or paying half as much as it originally cost to have it professionally cleaned to try and save it. As we started our return trip home, our son reported that the cream colored background areas of the rug still showed some stain but that he was so impressed with the results so far, that he was going to retreat the whole area again. When we got home, our first stop after peeling the dog off us and greeting our son was straight to the rug. We actually could not find the stains! Our son had to show us where they had been and we still could not find evidence that anything had happened. Furthermore, there was no distinctive odor of any kind. Our son calls this the miracle cleaner and we agree. We’ve never had any other indoor issues out of that end of the dog since then, but he has had some upset stomachs over the last couple of years since, and this stuff always does the job even on the light colored berber carpeting upstairs and the various rugs around the house downstairs. It has even removed old faded stains left over from our previous dog and all the time, we’ve not seen any issues with damaging colors on any of the surfaces we’ve treated. We’re about halfway through bottle number 2 and as I was about to order another one, I realized I’d never written a review for this product. Yeah it seems a little expensive, but it lasts us a good long while and it has never failed us on any organic material based stain.

Masks urine smells
Does a good job of masking or eliminating urine smells my new little rescue pup leaves on our dining room rug. It helps with removing a stain on the rug as well. Bottle has not leaked.

Better than average pets odor fighter & stain remover
Let me preface this review by saying that this product was hyped up to us from a neighbor who swear by this stuff. Having said that, the product did not live up to the hype, at least for us, but it is still a good product.Pros:- It does stop odor from pets & their âbodily functionsâ.- It does help remove stains- It does not have a bad chemical smellCons:- It does not completely remove stains on its own (as our neighbor says it does for her), however, it does make it easier to remove in combination with a hand held carpet steamer.- It does not have a âniceâ smell (like lavender, citrus, etc)Summary: It is a good product for eliminating pet odors and helping to remove pets stains. However, like other pets odor & stain remover products, it is not some miracle solution that will be the only product you need.I couldnât give it a 3.5 star, so I rated it a 4, because it is definitely a good product worth checking out if you have pets.

Took cat to be neutered was in cage but sprayed out onto car seat, tried everything to remove smell but didn’t work. Order this product saturated top and bottom of seat (removable) let dry 2 days smell completely gone. Absolutely no cat smell, highly recommend.

Bacteria buster!
I got this in 2023 to deal with old cat urine stains and it worked well. In 2024, an elderly relative was diagnosed with dementia (which was accompanied by a gradual increase of urine/fecal incontinence). Whenever I find an unfortunate trail across the carpet to the bathroom, I first tackle it with a carpet cleaner machine and then follow up a generous spray of Eco-88. What I find delightful about the Eco-88 is that if I spray an area that was untouched by feces but was hit by the carpet cleaner, it just fades into the carpet with zero visible reaction. If I hit a place I knew the urine/feces were, it practically explodes into foam! It’s always right on the money. I find it reassuring to know that I not only scrubbed away the visible signs, but the Eco-88 will take care of the bacteria, too. I even use it on their favorite armchair before bedtime and set a fan so it can dry by morning. I haven’t noticed any scent whatsoever from the Eco-88. Although my carpet looks lighter immediately after spraying as the foam breaks out, once it’s dried I can’t tell the difference.I lifted this from the FAQ on their website:”It works like an oxygen bomb. As soon as our product comes in contact with bacteria (pee, poop, puke, etc) it starts to break any solid down into a gas for extraction and then evaporates. The key to it working is simple patience and diligence when spraying product to heavily saturate your area needed once daily and leave it alone. The product will continue to work for up to 24 hours after spraying.”
