Just what I needed
I know the battery doesnât last too long to clean a whole house but I bought this for in between cleanings and for high spaces. Itâs perfect for that.I get a lot of traffic in the main door. I have wood floors and I donât want to drag out my other sweeper for touch ups. I love this sweeper because itâs lightweight and easy to get to. So after a few days of using this, I love it!! I use it for heavier traffic areas and the steps. The battery has lasted for my needs. I put it on charge as soon as I am done. Havenât had a problem so far but once again, Iâm not using it to sweep my whole house.

Great vacuum! Super powerful! The slim design and use attachments gets in tough places. Vacuuming is so easy without the cord following you around. Another excellent product from Dyson!

Great Vac – Collects amazing amount of pet hair and dirt
We have a small dog that has an outside run … we use the Dyson every other day an are always amazed at the hair and soil it picks up in the house. Powerful and relatively light – I can run through four rooms in less than ten minutes – and have plenty of battery left over. The “hard” part using the machine was understanding how to open the dust collector. Btw, some complain about battery duration – the machine is a balance of utility – between suction power and machine weight … was a perfect balance for us.

Nice vacuum, but battery life is poor
This vacuum works well on all floor types and doesn’t have any issues sucking up piles of hair from our golden retriever. The accessories are all nice. The wall mount is nice. The only downside is that I can only vacuum 1 maybe 2 rooms.

Doesnât work. Horrible service for warranty
Ever since I purchased this item, it will not stay charged. It literally will vacuum for about 60 seconds and then it dies. I have gone back-and-forth with customer service multiple times and they have replaced the battery or charger or whatever and it does not fix the problem. I have asked repeatedly for a new product And I am not getting any response. This is horrible service for a product that I thought was quality.

product broke the second time I used the vacuum. Still waiting for the replacement Dec 4. 2024. Have spoken at least 5 times to “customer service”. Tired of getting the runaround. Today I am told to wait ANOTHER 2 days to get an update on the replacement. AN UPDATE NOT A REPLACEMENT. five days have past and I still do not have an update.
