Great for pet hair
I love my Dyson! As someone who has multiple dogs and fosters cats for the local shelter my house gets hairy quickly. I love the cordless light weight design. It makes vacuuming less of a chore, no more dragging out the heavy upright and plugging and unplugging room to room. This vacuum zips along through the whole house. I can vacuum the living dining and family rooms plus the bedrooms and hallways on a single charge. The laser feature is great on hardwood floors and easily shows all the dust and hair you wouldnât even see with the naked eye!The attachments are great and I love the hair free design of the brush head that keeps long hair from getting wrapped around it. I just wish the hardwood brush head with the laser had a similar feature. I have long hair and I have had to cut it out of the hardwood brush head to keep it spinning correctly. The changing of brush heads and attachments is the most difficult part of this design and could still be improved upon (Iâve pinched myself a few times changing them) but overall is easier than other vacuums Iâve had. I do wish the canister held more, as I am emptying multiple times when Iâm vacuuming. But the suction is great and gets everything on the first pass. Overall a great buy, 4 stars for great functionality and ease of use. 1 star off for the small canister, sometimes cumbersome attachment changes and high price point.

This is a very handy vacuum cleaner. No cords to drag around, has plenty of power. The attachment with an LED/laser light is incredible how it identifies dust on the floor that you cannot see without it! Comes with a good assortment of attachments. Well worth the money.

I was using some Chinese vacuum before which looks quite similar but I was not happy due to many small design problems which made using it not convenient.This Dyson on the other hand itâs not only working perfectly, and you see they thought about all aspects when designing it but it mega powerful. From clean carpet (after cleaning with Chinese vacuum cleaner) I made my Dyson bin full ! Amazing suction power

Addicted to cleaning now
This is the best product Iâve ever purchased for cleaning. Powerful, lightweight, easy to empty, easy to switch between accessories. And the green light – just wow! I can see dirt being removed and am so impressed with the suction. I am now using this daily because itâs so convenient and lightweight. I have 2. Kittens and a dog, so daily was. Needed. But I. Never saw the dirt like I do nowâ¦.Highly recommend this vacuum. Only wish is that the green light was on the carpet attachment (but that works incredibly well)â¦. 10. Stars if I could give it!

Best vacuum on the market
This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I absolutely love the green laser tracking for the dust on the ground. It comes with multiple vacuum heads so you can clean anywhere in your house or car. Itâs very easy to set up and use the battery lasts for me to clean my entire house in one charge. Itâs very light to hold an easy to maneuver. The cost is high but worth the value.

Great vacuum
This replaced a 25 year old Oreck that had seen better days. This vacuum is lighter, easier to maneuver, and has ample power and run time. I especially like the green lighted head hard flooring attachment. The green light makes the smallest dirt/dust visible. I was skeptical of this feature but it’s very useful and not a “gimmick.”

DYSON DOES NOT PRIORITIZE THEIR CURRENT CUSTOMERS
Couple things here, the vacuum is great albeit expensive. The submarine (wet mop) attachment is just okay. If you understand what the actual function is then you will be fine with it. It doesnât suck anything up but rather dispenses water/detergent and rolls. Itâs fine for me because my main use is to do quick cleans on dog prints, etc. Donât expect it to perform major cleans. If I was to grade the vacuum and attachments, 4.5 stars, minus a half star for price. I would give the submarine attachment 2.5 stars.However, the submarine attachment worked for a max combined time of 60 minutes, or roughly 3 months of use for me. Contacted Dyson support, went through all the troubleshooting and concluded that the submarine head would need to be replaced, free of charge, under warranty. Great. But no submarine heads are in stock, and they donât know when they will be. Fast forward 4 months and there are still no submarine heads in stock, still donât know when they will be. The issue I am having, and I have had this before with Dyson, is they DO NOT PRIORITZE THEIR CURRENT CUSTOMERS. The entire package was in stock on day 1 and has remained in stock this whole time. So yes, they are building and selling the submarine heads but only for people that are buying the whole package new. Apparently, it is not conducive to their profit scheme to set some of those units aside as spare parts to supply their CURRENT customers with replacement units. If you look through the reviews, the submarine head breaking early on in its life cycle is a known issue. What has Dyson done to resolve this? Nothing.So, I am left with the option to continue waiting an indefinite period of time or send my whole vacuum system into Dyson and once it is received in the warehouse and verified, they will send out a replacement unit. Sounds like the best case is 3 weeks without a vacuum. I use the vacuum everyday. When asked if they could send the replacement first, and then once received I would return the old unit, I was told this is impossible. They cannot do that. (Well yes they could, they just decided their policy would say they could not). I offered to give my credit card info and if it wasnât returned in a set amount of time they could charge me until it was. Nope. Impossible.Dyson typically makes a great product, minus the submarine head that seems to have issues left and right. But I have NEVER been satisfied with their support.
