3.5 stars. What it does good, it does really good. What’s bad is really bad.
First off, this is designed for a purpose-hard floor, quick clean up. If that’s not your only purpose, it’s not for you.The good: lightweight with great suction for the size. The brush head swivels nicely. Emptying the bin is easy and hands free for the most part (see the bad below). The brush head comes apart quickly for easy cleaning. The brush head picks up dust and cleans it all at the same time.The bad: If you have long hair, this is probably not for you. When you empty the bin, you have to reach in to pull the junk that’s stuck to the hair wrapped around the filter. Even though you can take the brush rolls off, hair still gets wrapped around the shafts and it’s not easy to remove. I don’t know if it was just mine, but the crevice tool does not fit nicely. The brush head and extension tube slide in and lock with a satisfying click, just like you would expect from a Dyson. However, the crevice tool only fits about 75% of the way in and doesn’t lock into place.Overall the pros are exactly what I expect from Dyson. But the cons are not the quality you would expect out of a Dyson. This a premium price vacuum, it should not have these issues.

LIKE- Very functional design to use. Easy to handle as well as to empty. Great suction that gets all the dirt reliably.- Very light- Durable design- Extra suction mode for hard to remove dirtDISLIKE- battery life- the rotation on some of the extensions stops rotating when you use this on fabric (even though they are meant to be used on fabric) or if you try to vacuum bigger bits of dirt.

Great product
This in my third purchase. Bought two last year for Christmas gifts, one for me one for my daughter & son in law. We all love them. This one is going to my second home. Easy to use, light weight, which helps my back . I can go through my condo very quickly. I have used these on large area rugs . My hair or lots of thing can get caught up. But itâs very easy to take the head apart and clean it up. Hold the charge for at least three or more uses. On a 1,300 sq ft condo with hard surfaces. Great product

A perfect light-duty vac!
While it might not have the suction power of its larger siblings, this mini-Dyson is amazing for light duty regular use!Weâre currently using it in our travel trailer that gets daily use, and itâs amazing. If youâre careful enough you can even get it to vacuum carpets (works best on low pile âofficeâ type carpet). But this really rocks on hard flooring!Thanks to its small size, ease use, and light weight, itâs the perfect Dyson for smaller areas with hardwood floors. Absolutely perfect for the modern travel trailer!

Wish I could return it
I can’t believe I paid over $300 for this vacuum. It does not do a good job picking up dirt (I have solid surface floors, not carpeting). It needs to be emptied every few minutes. It’s also a nightmare to clean. Unlike, say, a Roomba, you cannot pop out the wheels or the rollers to clean the hair that’s wrapped around. You have to dig the hair/fuzz out with a small scissors. I’ve always heard good things about Dyson and figured the $328 would be worth it, but this vacuum is, IMHO, definitely not worth the price. On the plus side, it is light in weight.

Game changer
Feels like youâre pushing a hover craft. It rolls that smooth. The kids literally think itâs fun to vacuum now. Game changer. As stated it kinda does a crap job on carpets and a great job on hardwood floors. But I knew that going in.
