Super easy to use, light weight and I am now able to fully vacuum a large two bedroom apartment in 7 minutes flat! It makes vacuuming a joy! Pricey, yes, but 100% worth the investment!

This is a good product and my buying experience is great. But I made a mistake and bought the product while there was a promotional discount on all Dyson products. I could have saved $170 if I bought this from bestbuy. But that is my mistake.

Ordered this as a christmas gift for the wife.She absolutely loves it.Great for picking up pet hair…couldn’t believe how much it picked on on a carpet that already looked clean.However after 6 months the battery died and no longer charges.Theres is a 2 year warranty on the battery but getting any response back from the company is useless.For this reason alone I recommend you look for something with a longer lasting battery as they are expensive to replace.Other than that…we love the vacuum.

Makes me not mind vacuuming!
Iâve had several Dyson vacuums over the years. Great quality and easy to maintain and fix. I splurged for this new cordless one even though my 15 yr old Dyson is still working, just not as good as it once did. Wow! This V10 is a joy! Powerful, easy to maneuver, and light. I thought I wouldnât like having to keep the trigger pressed to run it but itâs so ergonomic itâs not an issue at all. I saw a review that said it was loud. I donât find it loud at all, especially in comparison to my old one. How to empty the canister wasnât intuitive to me but Dyson provides great short videos of that and routine maintenance. I mounted it on the wall and just lift it off to do a quick run around each morning. Makes it easy to keep up with the fur from 3 large. Dogs in a small house!

A Good Vacuum for Pet Hair, But Not Very Durable
I bought this vacuum because I have two dogs and a cat that shed a lot of hair. The vacuum does a good job of picking up pet hair from different surfaces, such as hardwood floors, carpets, and furniture. It has a lot of attachments and tools that make it easy to clean different areas. It is also cordless and lightweight, which makes it convenient to use.However, I have some issues with this vacuum. First of all, the battery life is not very long. It only lasts for about 20 minutes on the highest power setting, which is not enough to clean my whole house. I have to recharge it several times to finish the job. Second, the dustbin is quite small and needs to be emptied frequently. It is also messy to empty, as the dust and hair tend to stick to the inside of the bin. Third, the vacuum does not feel very sturdy. Some parts of it are made of cheap plastic that can break easily. I have already replaced the wand and the filter because they cracked.Overall, I think this vacuum is good for pet owners who need a powerful and versatile vacuum, but it is not very durable or reliable. It is also quite expensive for what it offers. I would recommend looking for other options before buying this one.Ended up returning it and got V15 instead, Dyson is a trusted brand!

Donât buy it, youâll regret!
First this is not a cheap vacuum cleaner, itâs portable, light weight and powerful but the quality is the worst! When I having it for few month start having the filter problem, take the filter out clean it, put it back still showing the filter light (I clean it after every use), then the machine keep going on and off, on for few second then stop and push button for another 10 sec or so then stop again! Google every single way to clean it it still the same!Today when Iâm in the middle of vacuuming itâs totally dead, machine will not charged anymore! Last about bit more than a year!I never buy a vacuum that expensive, but the quality of this price range is totally ridiculous! I always think Dyson makes good product but they just donât last! I wouldnât recommend this to anyone! Save your money get something cheaper and will last longer!

Excellent machine….
Paying a little more for a “vacuum” usually isn’t something I want to do, but in this case, it was well worth the money…and then some. It does what it’s advertised to do, and the suction is impressive. The battery life isn’t as long as I would like, especially when it’s on “Boost,” but you’re told about the battery life before using. It’s not like Dyson tries to hide it. It’s light, very efficient, and quiet.

wish I wouldâve bought this sooner
Pros:-it picks up dust, dirt, and hair my old vacuum couldnât, like an embarrassing amount-stays charged long enough to vacuum my whole house-works great on hardwood, linoleum, and carpet-easy to empty canister-easy to use-easy to navigate, get underneath furniture-comes with different attachments-works great as vacuum and as handheldCons:-the suction on this thing is insane, which is great for cleaning, but takes a little manpower to move it along carpet. I could see how this would be hard to use for someone without much upper body strengthI absolutely recommend this!
