This is my 2nd Dyson in 25 years of steady use. This one did darned good in reliability and vacuuming, and I was totally satisfied with it, but I wanted to purchase a new one…..another Dyson, of course! Back when I purchased my first Dyson, a popular magazine did a thorough test of 8 different brands of vacuum cleaners. They were made to vacuum everything from cat hair to dust bunnies and heavy dirt and mud. The winner of these 8 brands?…..DYSON! That convinced me to buy that brand and I couldn’t be more satisfied and happier with it. Oh, an interesting footnote they had at the end of their test which they added at the end of the article said: “And after all the brands were tested, they used the Dyson to clean up the mess the other 7 brands left behind!” No one can argue with who’s the best with that statement of fact.

MUST BUY! BEAUTIFUL LIGHTWEIGHT POWERFUL VACUUM
This is a vacuum I got for my elderly parents to use on their rugs and wood floor/tile. We had no trouble setting it up and testing it out in their living room immediately. We actually do love it, the ease of movement, functionality, disposing of dust from bin is a snap. The color is a pretty fuschia and definitely worth every cent. DYSON seems like a winner in this case, and I took a 3 yr warranty for them just in case. You get what you pay for ð¯

Happy with my purchase!!
I bought this to replace my 20+ year old Dyson vacuum cleaner. So far it has worked wonderfully. It’s lightweight, suction is good and maneuvering is easy. The handle and other parts seem flimsier than my old vacuum, however, time will tell how sturdy it ends up being.

Thought it would be sturdier material.
Does a good job but takes getting used to. The stretch tube to extend the reach of the ceiling and non-floor places is awkward and clunky. The plastic seems thin where it should be stronger. Hard to tell when the brush should be on or off. Can’t do too many stairs steps without the vacuum falling over. It is light and easy to empty, however if one plastic piece gets cracked or broken, it could render the collection bin defective.

Avoid this vacuum at all costs.
A terrible product. Practically a rip-off. No decent instructions. The rotator will not stay connected. Comes off after 10 swipes of the vacuum with no explanation or assistance in very minimal intructions. Avoid at all cost. Will throw this and $500 out.

Just BUY it- Dont look at the price. ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY
I promise the price scared me too!! BUT Its worth EVERY penny!!! The suction power is unreal! It even like vibrates to move dirt/crap around to suck it up!! (I added Video!!)ALSO, Amazon asks you to buy a warranty when you purchase this, but do not buy that. A warranty COMES with it. You get all the information inside the box. You can register you device online!!

Incredible vacuum
This is my second one of these vacuums. The suctioning is great. You can actual see the debri on the carpet vibrating loose from the suction before vacuum gets to it. It also has a propelling forward action that helps push the vacuum on it’s own. It is a bit heavy. Still a bit difficult to use on the stairs through I manage. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
