Not for thick carpet
Very disappointed in this vacuum. It does not have a height adjustment- it is supposedly automatic. But if you have plush carpet, it is way too hard to push. It’s exhausting! For the price of this vacuum, there should be the ability to manually adjust the height.

What a vaccum
I was so shocked when I vacuumed. Got so much dirt up. Powerful suction, and so easy to use. I just love it.

Worked for 5 months
Worked great at first, after approximately 4 months it’s spewing dirt and dust everywhere. Plastic parts have broke. Wish I could have a do-over.

Best vacuum I have ever used to pick up dog hair!
I liked that it is not heavy and moves fast AND gets everything that needs to be vacuumed up.

it is NOT self-propelled
Good suction but not good to push unless you’re the Hulk. It is Not self-propelled as the ad describes. Not for use on carpet other than flat pile

This vacuum sucks.
We purchased this Dyson Animal vacuum in July of 2020. We had a Dyson Animal vacuum prior to this one that worked well for 20 years.Our home is a small 3 bedroom ranch with vinyl flooring. We have a set of carpeted stairs and 2 area rugs.After less than 4 years of use the suction no longer switches from the upright vacuum use to the hose for attachments. The hose for attachments doesnât slide and lock into place. I have maintained the vacuum by cleaning any clogs in the hose.The vacuum no longer locks into place in an upright position for storage.I would not recommend any Dyson vacuums due to the poor quality.

You show on your self propelled but it not.
