LOVE IT!!!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Amazing suction, amazing clean, amazing smell!!! I love it! It gets all the dirt from the carpet. I currently live in an apartment and the carpet was not the best when we first arrived. After getting rental carpet cleaners to see if it will bring the carpet back it did not work at ALL. Buying this and washing the carpets CHANGED MY LIFE, not only does the carpet smell good, itâs brand new again!!

Itâs heavy and clunky- Donât buy refurbished
I would NOT recommend this product. DONâT buy a refurbished one. If you decide to buy a refurbished Dyson be aware there is up to a 50% restocking fee and you pay shipping. I would recommend buying a new one so you can return with full refund! I kept mine for that reason and would not recommend buying it. I own four vacuums including a Dyson cordless which I love. I only use the Dyson animal for walkways. Itâs my last choice out of the four.

Great Vacum…One Proviso.
Great at what it does. Good price, could not tell it was refurbished. But…..It is HEAVY. Once underway, weight is less a problem. It really sucks, in a good way. Emptying the canister can be a chore, but not too bad. Overall, a good machine.

Comes disassembled. Not difficult but would have found assembled item more user friendly.

Keep your original orange ball Dyson!!!
The animal 2 is horrible. First off it will not stay upright when you are pausing to pick something up. Really have to force the click for the upright position. Constantly falls over!! Attachments arenât as easy to pull up and put back in place. Doesnât adjust well to different flooring. The original Dyson could sweep over area rugs no problem. Suction maybe be a little stronger but doesnât do near the job the old one did on the corners and edges. I am so disappointed with my new Dyson. I had the original for over 15 years and loved it!!! So wish I would have sent this back!!!
