i ordered the diyson ball animal 3 july 30th of this year. i am an older woman of slight stature and find the vacuum cleaner to be very hard to push due to its weight. cleans well enough, but does not do a good job getting hair away from the mop boards. find this vacuum very awkward to use and to heavy! very disappointed.
