Home mapping, four cleaning modes, deep clean reports, and predictive cleaning allow the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ to better understand your home and cleaning needs – so you don’t have to. ¹Suction testing based on ASTM F558 at the inlet loaded to bin full, in Boost mode.
²Straight-line pick-up performance based on market average, across three surface types, based on IEC 62885-7 and 62885-4, in Boost mode against robot vacuum markets (sales data from Jan 2021 to Dec 2021).
³Suction power automatically reacts in Auto mode only. Microscopic dust is defined as particles smaller than 100 microns.

The world’s most powerful robot vacuum.¹ 2x the suction of any other robot vacuum.¹
Sucks up more than any other robot on all floors.² Dyson’s first brush bar to combine three ways to deep clean. Engineered with a wide diameter to reduce long hair and pet hair tangling.
Control your clean or let your Dyson robot do it for you. Choose between four power modes: Auto, Boost, Quick, and Quiet. In Auto mode, the 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum automatically adapts suction power to debris level.³
Unlike side sweepers that flick dirt away, Dyson sucks up dirt right to the edge of your wall. An automatic extending side duct redirects suction that’s powerful enough to capture debris right up to the wall.
Cleans far. Cleans fast. An 11.8-inch brush bar covers more floor with every sweep, and Quick mode prioritizes speedy cleans. Up to 65 minutes of run time, before automatically recharging, ready to clean again.⁴
Intelligent. Independent. Sees where it needs to clean and remembers where it’s been – just like you would. With 26 sensors, 360° navigation, a low-profile design, and dual-link suspension, it reaches far and avoids getting stuck.
Clean. Wherever you are. Set-up requires connection to the MyDyson app. This unlocks your robot’s intelligent features – mapping your home, choosing cleaning modes for each room, setting areas to avoid, smart scheduling, and clean time estimates.
Whole-machine HEPA filtration. Dyson’s fully sealed HEPA filtration system traps dust and seals in 99.99% of particles as small as 0.1 microns –including allergens and pet dander.⁵
Protects your data. Dyson is committed to ensuring that your personal information is protected and never misused. The robot’s camera spots shapes and contrasts within your home, but will never save, record, or send any images.
Hassle-free care. Comes with a 2-year warranty and lifetime Dyson support. Gives maintenance alerts and receives automatic software updates over Wi-Fi with the latest Dyson functionality and features.

    This little vacuum is great!
I’ve had this since July 25th, 2024 and love it! It works just as well as my 6 other various Dyson products. I would say it’s just as good as my Dyson V12 stick vacuum and the bin holds a ton of dust and other stuff it finds. I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and can get this to clean almost the whole house in one charge, minus the basement since it’s unfinished and not appropriate for that part of the house. It does get stuck from time to time, not go in a well thought out direction sometimes and seems lost on a rare occasion. I figure that if those are the only down sides then I am happy to spend the extra money on it since I can get one for way cheaper. This is expensive as far as a robot vacuums go but I love anything made by Dyson. Also I named her Rosie after the robot maid on the Jetsons 😋😁

Customer support problem – BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I generally like my Dyson products and this vacuum does very well when it works. There have been some issues with the app or mapping or possibly hardware. It will not recognize certain rooms or clean certain zones. Below are some issues I have had with customer service:1. Failed to follow-up twice after I was told a representative would call.2. With each return call they insist on running the entire script.3. Was told my product would be replaced and I would get return information via email, but that email never arrived.4. Support community website will not allow posts without login but login is not working. Registering new account also not working.Unfortunately I am outside the return window with Amazon so I guess I am stuck.Follow-up (8/18/2024)Continued trouble and unresponsiveness from Dyson Customer Support.1. They say they will have a respresentive contact me and then no follow-up.2. They say they will replace my product and will send a return label via email, but the email never arrives.3. They Customer Support site and call center are a total scam.4. Although their products have work very well for me in the past, I will not be purchasing their products in the future!5. Amazon Customer Service stepped up and agreed to a refund! I could not be happier to be getting rid of this product!

Sent 2 back, not worth the headaches
12/25/2024 – We finally decided to return the vacuum after it crashed 2 times trying to clean 1 room. When it works, it does a great job, but the software is just too buggy. If Dyson comes out with a new model and app, we would give it a try, but this one is more hassle than helper.12/21/2024 – Update: We’ve decided to keep this vacuum because when it works, it vacuums carpet extremely well. As long as you know it’s limitations, you will be happy with it.Strengths: It vacuums as well as some normal upright vacuums.1. It cleans carpet extremely well. This is because of its full brush, large debris bin and HEPA filter. Pet fur, dirt and long hair don’t stand a chance. Our 2-year-old Roborock can’t vacuum up (on carpet) what the Dyson can, even if the Roborock ran 10 times in a row. The Dyson is that good.2. It has a large dirt bin. This is great for multiple reasons, but mainly because it won’t lose suction. Most other robot vacuums state high PA scores, but what they don’t tell you is that once their vacuum has picked up some dust, their filters clog and the PA power plummets. The Dyson can really pack in the hair and dirt without any issues.3. It has a HEPA filter which works well, is washable and replaceable.4. It’s bagless! Yes, that means we have to dump the debris into a trashcan, but that also means we can see how well it’s working. I don’t know how many times I looked into the Roborock dirt bag just to see if it was getting anything.5. It deep cleans the carpet. Most Robot vacuums lost suction quickly because their little filters clog easily. This means whatever suction is available is only getting the most easily available dirt. The Dyson doesn’t lose suction, so it can do a much better job getting the deeper dirt out of the carpet.Weaknesses: Dyson is awful at software!!!1. It can’t navigate in a dark or dim room, and it can’t go under beds.2. Don’t schedule it to clean all the house at once, as it seems to crash often. Schedule one room at a time, and it does much better at cleaning and returning to the dock.3. Expect the mapping runs to take many attempts. Don’t make any room naming mistakes because the only solution is to remap the entire floor.4. The debris bin is really hard to open most of the time.5. The battery life is not great, as it has to go back and charge at least one time to clean our 1,500 SFT house.6. If you’ve used a more modern robot vacuum app, don’t expect Dyson to compete with it. You can set no-go zones, invisible walls and tell it which rooms to not use the brush (suction only), and you can set the suction level per room. That is it. It really is a bargain bin application. The app will not show the vacuum in real time and if it crashes, you get to play find and seek.7. It doesn’t have AI and its obstacle avoidance is abysmal. If you have pet poo, barf, or small toys on the floor, it most likely will hit them. (We only run the vacuum after we’ve checked and made sure the floor was good to go.)Yes, with so many cons, it’s hard to believe that we’ve decided to keep this vacuum, but after looking and comparing it with Roborock, ECOVACS, eufy, Shark, iRobot, Eureka, dreame, UBPET, and Narwal, we can’t find a better robot vacuum for carpet.12/8/2024 – This is our 2nd Dyson Vis Nav 360 as the 1st one kept crashing and couldn’t complete creating an initial mapping run. Returned it (Thank you Amazon) and got this one.Pros:It’s a great vacuum when it actually works. The brush is light years better than other robot vacuums, which have that little rubber brush located in the middle of the machine. It does a much better job vacuuming than our Roborock robot vacuum.Wonderfully big bin and great suction. We have 3 cats, and it didn’t have any problems picking up cat fur, litter, and dirt. We even let it go into the room where we keep the litter boxes, and it didn’t have any issues with all the litter on the floor. This was something we couldn’t do with our Roborock. We did a compare and let the Vis Nav run every day for 5 days. We then vacuumed with a bagless dyson to see how well it did. The amount of fur and dirt the bagless picked up was minimal. It was very impressive to see how well the Vis Nav vacuumed when it did work. When compared with our 2 year old roborock, Dyson’s Vis Nav cleaning won by a landslide.Cons:The software is AWFUL!! We knew this going in, but wow, the software is terrible. Dyson might be a vacuum company, but it is not a software company, clearly evident by the lack of features, bugs and poorly designed interface. The vacuum crashes 1 out of 5 runs (20% of the time in our experience). (I.E. It just turns itself off wherever it’s at). This vacuum model has been out for 2 years, and they still can’t even get it to run correctly. Not a good customer experience for sure. The mapping is atrociously bad due to the VSLAM tech they used. It took 2–3 tries just to get a single map complete. Plan on the vacuum taking at least an hour to do it’s mapping, even using the latest patch RB03PR.01.08.005.During the mapping, you will need to prevent it from gaining access to anyplace where cables are on the floor. (You know, that spot under your computer desk with tons of power cords and cables.) If you don’t block those areas off, the vacuum will dive head first into that cable mess and then get stuck. Once it’s stuck, the mapping is over, and you have to start all over again. If the robot crashes while mapping, you have to start over. If the robot stops for any reason, you get to start all over again. When it finally completed our first map, it somehow missed a bathroom and walk in closet. The only way to add the missed rooms to the map was to delete the map and have it do another mapping run. All in all, a very poor experience.VSLAM navigation is terrible. It spent a lot of its time moving and then stopping, for no reason. We laughed and said it was “recalculating”, like those old GPS devices in the early 2000’s. It constantly got lost and if it can’t find where it’s at, it crashes. Dyson needs to switch to LiDAR or something else, as VSLAM navigation belongs in the 1990s, not 2024. One example was the vacuum spent 10 minutes trying to fit in between the legs of a chair when it was physically impossible. We had to make several no-go zones just to keep it out of trouble. The map software is ok if the vacuum manages to get all the rooms you want, but it certainly needs some work. I accidentally named a bathroom incorrectly, and there wasn’t any way to fix it without deleting the map and have it do another mapping run. Note: the Vis Nav can’t add rooms to an existing map. It will vacuum there, but in the software, you can’t name it.All in all, don’t waste your money or time on this vacuum until Dyson can hire some real software engineers and swap out the VSLAM with a more reliable and functional technology. We will be returning this vacuum because it’s just not ready for customers.
