A complete and total mess
Where do I begin? The first unit I ordered arrived used and was promptly returned. The second time I ordered the upgraded version which came with more attachments and a wider hose. We purchased this brand for the HEPA filtration and to minimize dust from a basement clean-up from an older home. Here is the issue; the attachments don’t connect to the hose. At first we thought we just needed to review the directions even though typically vacuum attachments are pre self explanatory. After spending time reviewing the enclosed instructions and trying for nearly an hour to get the most basic of attachments connected to the suction hose we called the manufacture. The response was that they’re aware of the issue and is a problem most likely with their supplier. The suggested trying to use a blow dryer to heat up the plastic and see if we could force pieces together once they were heated. Does this sound like a reasonable request? or something you can accomplish on a job-site? We need to clean up…. wait, let me whip out my blow-dryer? Needless to say, that although being “dustless” and HEPA is a critical need, and appreciated offering, how can someone recommend a product being sold with these issues and giving out this type of suggestion. It has potential to be a great product, but they need to do better first.
