We bought this vacuum and had sent to Columbia South America. My wife is very pleased with it. It works very good. Has many attachments and battery seems to last a long time.

Suction isnât very strong. The opening for the vacuum is small and an odd shape making it had to use without attachments.

Low Suction not enough power
Wasnât satisfied at all with this product. Low suction not strong as described. It has a slant for the openingWith a small hole to suck up the dirt,etc. I just received it Sunday and already I am returning it. I wanted toBe able to grab the Vac and use it real fast to pick up crumbs in the kitchen and the bird seeds around the Bird cage etc. I had to go in the closet and get the big Vacuum cleaner which I was trying to prevent in order to get the job done.

Vacuum nit working
I tryed plugging this item into the outlet to charge, their is a part missing from the box, that will help you charge, can’t use this vacuum at all, please help
