After using this Dyson V8 Animal vacuum for over 3 years, the battery would not charge completely and consequently ran down sooner than it used to. My husband ordered a new battery and replaced it without issue. The vacuum is working great now, full charge and running longer on a charge than it did previously! Highly recommend!!!

I have the Dyson V8 and every couple of years the battery dies. I bought this replacement batter and it holds a charge just like the original one did. Great value for the money!

Stopped working after two months
Purchased this battery in Oct 2024 and it is now Dec 2024. It worked well for a while but the battery suddenly stopped working one day after two months. Took it to a Dyson Official Service Center and they confirmed the issue was with the battery (they replaced the battery and vacuum started working). No way to contact the Seller for a replacement either even though listing says to contact them. Amazon Customer Service was helpful when I contacted them with the issue.

Not working properly
I installed the new battery and charge it fully. When I go to use the Dyson it hasitates and finally cuts out. When I try again, the same thing happens. It did not do that before. Battery is working ok after several charges, but only lasts about 15 minutes
