Its a very well constructed vacuum, just in my opinion not worth the price tag. Its heavy and I really don’t like that you can’t adjust the stick part to make it smaller. I don’t love the automatic suction detect because when I go over my rugs which need a lower suction, it ramps up and stops working as it almost sucks my rug up. Very frustrating that there is no override with that. Overall, works well, it’s just not my favourite one I have used and too expensive for my meh feeling about it.

This is an update on my earlier comment below:The seller reached out to me promptly and was able to resolve the issue about the vacuum not charging. I really liked the vacuum as it does what it is meant to do. The customer service of Dreametech team is fantastic. I hope they continue to provide after sale support to their customers. Thank you Dreametech.***I like the vacuum and am very happy with it as it does a good job. However, it suddenly stopped charging. I always charge the vacuum overnight and if it gets to 100% I unplug it so as not to overcharge. It is barely 8 months since we purchased the vacuum and it is not a cheap item. For the amount of money I paid for this vacuum, I expect it to be durable and will last. I contacted the seller and hopefully, I get a resolution. I will update my review after my vacuum issue is resolved.

Lightweight
This is a great vacuum. Has a lot of power for its size and easy to use. I love all the attachable heads. Bin holds a lot of dirt.

J’ai malheureusement pas fais attention au T 30 que j’aimais, avec ses dÃ©fauts.Cela Ã©tant dit, le R 20 est supÃ©rieur dans son fonctionnement, dans la qualitÃ© des accessoires, dans l’aÃ©ration du moteur, et mÃªmes les fonctions simples de l’Ã©cran!

The price and functions seem to be what we need.
I really liked – and didn’t think I would find- a vacuum like this, with my mother’s preference for cordless, and my preference for a HEPA filter, this one has BOTH! AND it has an anti-tangle brush roll. With my sister’s long hair, that REALLY is handy. Our current vacuum you have to cut the long hair our and also take the whole thing APART to clean it., which is a NASTY job, believe you me. I am looking forward to the suction and the intelligent cleaning features. I’ll let you know after Christmas how it really does. Hoping it’s not too heavy, and I can purchase another battery to extend the charge. It looks like a great purchase. I’ll let you know!

A nice vacuum for quick cleanups, not a replacement for a full size vacuum
ProsLots of attachments for most cleaning scenariosThe carpet cleaning head is very low profile and fit into a lot of tight areas like behind the couch and under tables.The small carpet head is nice for cleaning stairsSuction was decent on high mode. It managed to find some debris missed by my robot vacSuper easy to empty the dust binConsBattery life is not impressive on the high power mode. You can watch the battery meter go downThe small brush attachment did not have enough power to spin when pulling backwardsThis unit needs a flex hose to attach to the wand. It would be far more useful if you could hold the motor in one hand and clean with the wand in the other.If you have a lot of deep carpet you will want a full sized vacuum aroundOverall its a fine stick vac. A lot of effort was put into making it feel like a premium product. It’s very sleek and the attachments all click together very smoothly. I would be happy with it if I picked it up on sale. For the same price I would rather buy the Dyson since I know I will be able to get replacement parts and new batteries for it a few years down the road.
