The price and functions seem to be what we need.
I really liked – and didn’t think I would find- a vacuum like this, with my mother’s preference for cordless, and my preference for a HEPA filter, this one has BOTH! AND it has an anti-tangle brush roll. With my sister’s long hair, that REALLY is handy. Our current vacuum you have to cut the long hair our and also take the whole thing APART to clean it., which is a NASTY job, believe you me. I am looking forward to the suction and the intelligent cleaning features. I’ll let you know after Christmas how it really does. Hoping it’s not too heavy, and I can purchase another battery to extend the charge. It looks like a great purchase. I’ll let you know!

Because I often do house cleaning, I always thought I was doing pretty well, until I used Dreame’s Blue LED vacuum cleaner and I noticed that no matter whether you clean every day or not, there will be a lot of dust in the house that is difficult to detect with the naked eye!This vacuum cleaner is not only useful for blue light, but its suction is very strong. I think it can also be used to clean carpets in an ideal state. It is difficult for ordinary vacuum cleaners to achieve such a strong suction. But with this one from Dreame, I’m not at all concerned that it won’t clean my house or floors.It comes with a complete set of brushes, not only can I clean hard floors, I can also use it to clean my carpets, sofas, and even bedding.The whole design is very chic, the pole is made of carbon fiber, which looks very premium, and I believe this material also makes it more durable and lighter.Secondly, this is a very friendly product for pet families. Awesome vacuum!
I am very pleased with purchasing the R20. I love the blue light and it has very good suction. Also, I am beyond impressed with their customer service. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Definitely recommend this product! Also love that the t30 parts are compatible with the R20.

Heavy and awkward to maneuver
I like the light to highlight dirt, but I have an injured arm and itâs simply too heavy for me or my kids to use. It canât pick up anything bigger than a grain of rice, which only makes it good for picking up literal dust. The charge runs out super fast. Itâs too big for getting into small spaces when I need to get in close. Not impressed. Sadly disappointed.

J’ai malheureusement pas fais attention au T 30 que j’aimais, avec ses défauts.Cela étant dit, le R 20 est supérieur dans son fonctionnement, dans la qualité des accessoires, dans l’aération du moteur, et mêmes les fonctions simples de l’écran!

This is an update on my earlier comment below:The seller reached out to me promptly and was able to resolve the issue about the vacuum not charging. I really liked the vacuum as it does what it is meant to do. The customer service of Dreametech team is fantastic. I hope they continue to provide after sale support to their customers. Thank you Dreametech.***I like the vacuum and am very happy with it as it does a good job. However, it suddenly stopped charging. I always charge the vacuum overnight and if it gets to 100% I unplug it so as not to overcharge. It is barely 8 months since we purchased the vacuum and it is not a cheap item. For the amount of money I paid for this vacuum, I expect it to be durable and will last. I contacted the seller and hopefully, I get a resolution. I will update my review after my vacuum issue is resolved.

Its a very well constructed vacuum, just in my opinion not worth the price tag. Its heavy and I really don’t like that you can’t adjust the stick part to make it smaller. I don’t love the automatic suction detect because when I go over my rugs which need a lower suction, it ramps up and stops working as it almost sucks my rug up. Very frustrating that there is no override with that. Overall, works well, it’s just not my favourite one I have used and too expensive for my meh feeling about it.
