Chic way to clean
I was searching for a lightweight and functional vacuum that was still stylish for daily cleaning around the house and this fit the bill. The various attachments allow this to easily convert from a full vacuum to a hand vacuum. The battery life isn’t the longest, so it’s not ideal for whole house cleaning, but it’s great for quick cleanups around the house. When I reached out to customer support about the battery life, they were very quick to respond and provided a replacement battery that is working much better. Great customer service.

The vacuum is great for its value, I enjoy the multiple attachments that came with it. It does a great job compared to other vacuums in itsâ price range. Looks aesthetic and well made! The suction of the vacuum itself is great too, did a wonderful job cleaning my floors.

UPDATE: Dreame customer service rocks!
I initially hated this vacuum and submitted a negative review. The seller contacted me and worked really hard to fix the issue. The vac works great now! Hard to find great customer service these days. Thanks, Dreame!The seller fixed this problem ââ Donât buy this piece of junk. Had only 6 months & battery wonât stay charged longer than 15 min. Last cordless I bought lasted 6 years.Dreame wonât refund since itâs been over 30 days since purchase. Bad customer service too.

Stopped working after 3 months
I really wanted to love this vaccum. It looks great, was easy to assemble, doesnât take up much space and for the first few months worked great. I got it in late December and now by April it has no suction and cannot clean a small area without getting clogged and shutting off. I tried cleaning out the filter and making sure all areas were clear of debris but it cannot handle even a small area without shutting off within seconds. (With a fully charged battery)

I cannot believe how great this vacuum is! Iâll be honest, the look & aesthetic caught my eye (matches all my other appliances in my home) and I read the reviews so I was willing to give it a chanceâ¦.. and I am SO happy I did!!! This vacuum is so light and the suction is fantastic! I already recommended this to my family and I will definitely be continuing to yeah others!!! Great product! If you are unsure, donât be!! Dream vacuum
This is the most beautiful vacuum cleaner that I have ever seen. The packaging that it came in was very well organized and beautiful. Now that Iâve had the vacuum for approx 6 months, I am better able to review the product performance because my last review focused mainly on how beautiful I thought the vacuum and packaging was.So my additional review on product performance is that the battery life is definitely extremely short lived and becomes less powerful within approx 15 to 20 minutes. I also agree that it clogs pretty easily. I am in the habit of taking everything apart and thoroughly cleaning the vacuum each and every time that I use it which is a tedious process so I rather just let it stay on the charger looking beautiful and use my trusty old Black and decker to do the dirty work! The last downside is that the canister pieces are very cheap and when you take them apart to wash them and clean things out or replace the filter pad a simple movement in the wrong direction results in a broken piece. I have a broken canister right now and Iâm a pretty gentle person. I barely touched it and it snapped so now I am stuck, looking for a replacement canister part and I am having significant issues locating that replacement part. At the end of the day the Performance, durability, and reliability of a vacuum significantly over shadow this vacuums good looks any day of the week. And that is my personal opinion, of course, but I will say if youâre looking for a vacuum to do small wood floor, kind of cleanups and nothing major. This would be a good purchase however it is a little pricey for my liking but itâs pretty so thereâs that!!

Great purchase
I’ve been using the Dreame R10 Cordless Vacuum for a while now, and I’m loving it. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and handles everything from pet hair to everyday messes. I also really appreciate how it’s easy to move around furniture and how quick it is to empty the dustbin. It’s made cleaning so much less of a hassle, and it’s even fun sometimes! Definitely one of my better purchases for keeping the house tidy.

I love this vacuum, the white is so nice and is cordless and love how it has lights when vacuuming , definitely help see it better. Easy to use and so strong it vacuum the floor very clean. Highly recommend this vacuum ðð and you will not be disappointed!

Be aware of the real runtimes. Here is the information shared by Dreame’s technical team (Aug 6, 2024): “If turbo mode is turned on, the battery life is within 5-8 minutes whether the brush is connected or not; in standard mode, it takes about 20-27 minutes, and in Eco mode, it takes about 30-40 minutes.” This is what I received from Dreame’s customer service when I complained about my new vacuum running out of battery in merely 5 minutes in Turbo mode and in 36 minutes in Eco (lowest speed). It is far from the advertised runtimes (-30%), and Dreame’s customer service was very dismissing about my issue despite me providing all the evidences they requested. Very disappointing knowing the cost of these vacuums.
