coming from a roborock, its an upgrade. Much better avoidance. BUT really inneficient and a lot louder. Itll go over the same spot like 10 times and not get a crumb. It doesnt do a good job of picking up spills. I left a bit of gravy just to check.. doesnt notice it. I thought the hot mopping would be sort of steam mopping but its not. Overall for the price, not impressed. Will be getting the x40 to see if it performs better. I would like the task to be replaced. After the first week it stopped avoiding chords. It also seemed to lose power and couldnt get over the room divide which the first week it was a non issue. way too high of a price point for this.

Terribly impressed !! Saving lots of $ over cleaning people!!
Man!! dont ask me more!! this is the innovation of the best!! We were depended heavily on cleaning people and this changed the game!! No more waiting and $!! impressed the way Dreame works compared to the other product which keeps hitting the edges. Camera and functionality is terrific.. Mopping is really good when you have tiled floor. I have seen carpets also cleaned good. Water needs to be changed when we gets messag else it spreads little odor is the only comment i have for the last 1 month of usage!! Nothing much superb and well designed. Hats off to the team!!

Feature Packed
This is my first robot vacuum. This vacuum has many features that I may never need but it was great for the price. I like that it’s low maintenance. I love the video functionality. It’s not too noise. It was actually easy to setup and I like how the robot pretty much mapped the areas by itself. The mopping functionality is great, even when cleaning the mopping pads. I watched alot of youtube videos before I settled on this one. There are many to choose from. There were some things that I really needed that the cheaper vacuums didn’t provide. I’m happy with my decision so far. I provided a picture from the robot camera. I like being able to have a video camera on wheels when you are away from home.

Very good mop, However some warnings are required.
I own a roborock Qrevo Master. (twice the price of this one at the time of writing). Roborock will not sell me an additional doc for my 2nd floor. so instead of giving roborock any more of my money I chose the Dreame robot. This unit is very similar to the roborock in so many ways and I have not problems with the robot and the robots vacuum and mopping, it is very close to the roborock in it is cleaning abilities.(BTW Dreame Will also not sell an additional dock either)The prosVery good cleaning and great obstacle avoidance On par with roborock at half the price.Hot water washing of pads is awesome and the mop pads are cleaned and dried.Mop cleaning solution compartment mixes soap with water automatically. (roborock does not have this).Software is great easy to use and similar to roborock.The consThe dock needs work. The cleaning part of the dock does not have a removable water bin, you have to wipe it out. This means bending over and manually cleaning it. The roborock has a removable cleaning bin and the part that is connected to the dock stays dry. Dream docks have issues leaking out the bottom of the dock. This can damage most floors. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU BUY A RUBBER MAT TO PUT UNDER THIS DOCK. There is well documented issues of floors being ruined by a leaking dock with all models of Dreame. That being said it was half the price of roborock, however this should be known to everyone who buys a Dreame product that you need to protect your floor.The battery is weak and cannot clean my 2nd floor that is a fraction of the size of my upstairs that the roborock does on a 50% charge.I would give this product many more stars if it did not come with a leaking dock. They need to address this issue.

Better than iRobot by Far
Bought the iRobot Roomba s9+ which was the top of the line and paid over $1200 for it. Compared to the Dreame, the Dreame is waaaay better. The lidar mapping was super quick, avoidance of obstacles better, vacuuming and mopping feature is a huge time and mess saver, and the value for price is hands down better. However, my first Dreame was a lemon and had to order a new one quickly to avoid missing the Xmas discount, it was worth it. The AI on the Dreame is superior. I actually canât think of anything the roomba does better.

The brush comes off all the time.
The brush comes off constantly as there is nothing to keep it on. Paid $800 for it and now I see that it’s on sale for $550!!! It is slightly quieter than iRobot and it does an okay job of mopping. I had left the film on to protect the surface but when it got wrinkled a bit it obscured the view and made it to spin and malfunction. The customer service was very prompt in troubleshooting.

So efficient!
This vacuum makes life so much easier. Before, the entire house had to be cleaned manually, which took at least an hour of physical work. Ever since we got this vacuum, the house floors have stayed clean and smooth, to the point you could differentiate the cleanliness by just walking on the surface! The vacuum does everything, from mapping out the house to mopping. It is such a worthwhile investment, we are saving so much time!

Amazing vacuum and mop
This is my second vacuum from this company. I loved the first one but it was time for an update. I really like how this one doesnât need the mop on and off between floors and carpet and it does a great job at mopping (better than the old model I had). It is really easy to use, the battery lasts a while and the app allows you to set up a lot of functions for your cleaning needs. Itâs a great product!

This is my second robot vacuum/mop. While my previous, less expensive model served its purpose for three years, it got tired and i needed to upgrade. After some extensive research, Dreame robots consistently topped the lists, but their premium price tag held me back. Eventually, a fantastic Black Friday deal made the decision easier.The Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat arrived well-packaged and was a breeze to assemble. The clear instructions made setup a straightforward process. These do-all robots are not small appliances, but the sleek design and high-quality build prevent it from being an eyesore.I encountered a minor hiccup during the app setup process. The QR code on the robot led me to the wrong app, “Mova Home.” After much frustration with that app, I discovered the correct app, DreameTech, and the registration and connecting to the WiFi was surprisingly fast and simple.Following a series of firmware updates, I initiated the initial cleaning cycle using the DeepClean mode. The robot quietly vacuumed the hardwood floors, and after a brief delay, the mop pads became sufficiently wet. It systematically cleaned the room, utilizing the side mop to reach edges and corners. After completing a room, it returned to the base station for a thorough mop cleaning cycle, which produced some noise but was not excessive.The robot seamlessly transitioned between hard floors and a small carpet under our kitchen table. It increased suction power on the carpet, effectively cleaning it.It took about 90 minutes to complete one full pass on the apx 700 sq/ft main floor. Then i think because in DeepClean mode, it spent another 30 min revisiting a number of areas including the kitchen and left behind some very clean and shiny floors :)So far it’s surpassed my expectations on simplicity of use, low touch and quality of clean. It’s well worth paying the full price and even better if you manage to find a sale. I would recommend this to a friend without hesitation.

It was well packaged when it arrived. Setting up was straight forward. I got it working with my google home app.My house is nice and clean, I’ve used it a handful of time after work. I’m not sure why others are saying that thr vacuum doesn’t self empty, but it does.For the price, I was hoping that they come with extra mop heads, it gets dirty fast.Make sure to move any object out of the way. The noise level on standard clean is very minimal, but when you put in the extra power suction, it gets a little louder.Overall, great purchase and I definitely would recommend to others. To save a bit of coin for yourself just buy it during sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day etc.. .
