So far I am impressed!
I chose this vacuum for the combination of price and suction power. I got it for $388. It was pretty easy to set up! It did an impressive job fast mapping. It is doing a great job vacuuming with just the standard mode. The mop part is also decent. This is my fourth robot vacuum in this similar price range (I may have paid a bit more for this one than the others), but so far it is worth it!

Its good and worth the money
It really has taken a load off the housework. It does a proper clean of the areas it can access. It doesnt get into the corners. When mapping the doors need to be kept open so naturally it doesnt clean behind doors unless you close the door whilst its in motion. I like the fact that you can add your own floor cleaner without any trouble. I originally thought i was buying the self mop pad cleaner but it was the manual, not a big deal to clean. It doesn’t use a lot of water or cleaner and can use 1 container for a whole house.. depending on the size. Overall i can’t complain about, works as it should.

Excellent Vacuum Robot
I have this vacuum robot in use since June, the dreame L10s Plus it is absolutely amazing. I use the mop and vacuum option 3 times a week on tiles floor, it cleans 600Sqft each time, and the battery is about 40% used. I have 2 dogs, and they leave toys on the floor, the 3DAdapt Obstacle Avoidance works amazing. I am very pleased with this vacuum.

Worst investment Iâve ever made! The DREAME team is anything but dreamy.
After doing a lot of shopping around my husband I decided to go with this robot vacuum. What a mistake that was! At first it worked out great and our only complaint was the app navigation, because it wasnât very user friendly. However after about only 3 months of use this thing decided to stop working properly. It wouldnât pick up dirt anymore, it was making weird noises, and moving super slow. Upon contacting costumer service I realized pretty quickly that they would not give us the assistance we needed. Since we had purchase their faulty product only a few months prior I thought the right thing for them to do would be to send us a new one. They refused to that and instead said we could get a refurbished vacuum if we returned ours. I was upset with the fact we paid full price for a robot vacuum that should have lasted us years and here we were having to get a refurbished one only after 3 months after, but we were tired of going back and forth with their horrible costumer service so we accepted their offer. A few days after sending our broken vacuum back we got a email confirming it was delivered and waited to get our refurbished vacuum or hear back fromDREAME, but neither response came. We emailed asking for updates and they had the audacity to ask us to remind them what our inquiry was about. I think thatâs when I realized we are getting nothing back from them. We have just lost money, time, and energy trying to solve this issue and they have not tried to help us one bit. This is the first time ever I have written an Amazon review to beg you TO PLEASE NOT PURCHASE THIS VACCUM.Update: After I posted this review Dreame sent us a new robot vacuum that has been working well so far. For that reason Iâm updating my review to 2 stars instead of 1.

Fantastic, while it works
EDIT2: updated to 5 stars. I just received my replacement unit, they sent me an l10s ultra instead of this same model. Given the price gap between the two, I feel pretty pleased now and no longer am upset about the time lost trying to fix the l10s plus.EDIT: updated to 4 stars. I am still a bit frustrated at the initial customer service response, and the fact that this error happened so soon after purchasing the product. But as the rest of my review states, it does a fantastic job, barring some error like mine had, which seems to be somewhat rare with this device based on my research. After I posted initial review, a representative reached out and scheduled a replacement unit right away, which should be arriving this Friday.After about 2 months of daily scheduled cleanings, the robot started throwing âmain brush errorâ. It absolutely will not complete any cleanings, as it stops every 10 seconds to throw this error.I have replaced the brush, cleaned and lubricated the whole brush gear assembly, cleaned all sensors, basically the whole robot at this point. No luck. Given that Iâve spent about 6 hours trying to fix this robot, I no longer feel that it is even remotely worth the price, as I value my time highly.When I emailed support, I was very clear and succinct in describing the issue and what I had tried. The response I got was in summary âtry to clean the brush and put it backâ, which I had already told the support twice at this point that I had tried that.This device is absolutely great, until itâs not. It did a great job of keeping my home clean, love the app also, but the hardware is clearly not up to par. My assumption is that the main gear brush motor is completely fried somehow, probably the cheapest one they could find to build this device with.

I worked for about 10 minutes
I got the dreame L10s Plus vacuum and it did a good job of mapping the upstairs area and the first room I had it vacuum was the master bedroom and it went around the perimeter of the room and started going back and forth the length of the room until it had about 1/3 rd of the bedroom done and then it came out from under the bed and stopped, spun around each direction a couple times and then just kind of rambled around the bed room for a while in no type of order and finally said it was done vacuuming and going back to the dock. I tried in in several other rooms but it just did the same thing wondering all over the room and finally saying it was done and going back to the dock. I reset it several times, deleted it from the phone and reinstalled, rebooted the internet and wifi but nothing would get it to work the way it did for the first 10 minutes or so. I wanted to use the spinning mops for hard floors but it didn’t run long enough to try it although I have read on reddit that some people are having trouble getting water to saturate one of the pads. I did call their customer support but couldn’t really understand the girl real well, she was in China but I thought she said I would get and email from their tech support within 24 hours but that never happened. I returned it, ordered a roborock and it works great.
