Update 12/26/24Customer Support contacted me and sent me a brand new vacuum and it is working really well this time. Very happy with this time saving machine.___________________________I had high hopes for the Dreame Wet Dry Vacuum, but after only three uses, I kept getting an error to ‘clean the used water tank,’ even right after I’d cleaned it. I followed all the troubleshooting steps, cleaning the sensors and the tank thoroughly, but the error persisted every time. While the vacuum worked well initially, this ongoing issue made it frustrating and unreliable. At this price point, a brand-new vacuum should work reliably, so I didnât contact customer support and chose to return it, assuming it was a defect in this specific unit. I hope itâs just my unit thatâs defective, as Iâll keep looking for a reliable wet-dry vacuumâit really does save time when it works well.

Dreame machine ??
The concept is good, it’s easy to operate, gets into small places. Lays flat to get under things.Would probably be fine if a person didn’t have long haired pets. I have to sweep prior, and I do my floors every other day. The suction is not good, and when you have to keep cleaning the roller brush, and empting the used water tank is awful.The brush is still damp after drying, but I haven’t notice a musty smell yet.This machine is more work then a mop and bucket.

I gave this 4 stars versus 5 as there is room for improvement. A light would be very helpful. I also think the ability to pick your own dirt level would be nice. Iâm not sure how well the dirt detection will last. Time will tell.

La aspiradora dreame H14 requiere del uso constante del agua para áreas muy grandes se puede llegar a necesitar cambiar deshechar el agua sucia y rellenar el contenedor de agua varias veces. Además es muy pesada y la baterÃa no dura mucho tiempo. Solo sirve para aspirar pisos, no cuenta con accesorios adicionales como para limpiar esquinas o zonas difÃciles por lo que estás zonas las te darás que limpiar con ayuda de alguna escoba o alguna otra herramienta.

Al momento de dejarla en la base para carga, no funcionó, solo se escucha un sonido extraño, no sé si de la baterÃa.Intente conectarla a 3 enchufes diferentes y nada, la aspiradora nunca cargó.Me entusiasmaba mucho este producto, pedà mi reembolso y devolución, pero no sé si por la desconfianza que me generó la volverÃa a comprar.¿A alguno de ustedes le ha sucedido lo mismo?
