Donât hesitate – outstanding product.
Ok – I have two husky dogs, so my expectations were low right off the bat. I am a little crazy when it comes to having clean floors.This machine does it! First off, if you think your floors are clean, youâll be delighted the first time you give her a whirl, and then youâll be truly sold.The efficacy of the clean was incredible.The ease of use makes it so anyone can do use it.Easy to clean, no lingering smells, and dog hair only gets trapped where itâs supposed to. Get it!

Time saver and awesome
This vacuum and mop combo is brilliant and such a time saver. In addition it is fun to operate. The cleaning feature is a little loud, but it doesnât bother me and is also very cool. I absolutely believe this is totally worth the cost, light weight, and a great investment.

Best mop ever
This is super useful. I love that you can deep cleaning it and put it together very fast. Great baterry and not heavy at all. Even when it does a great job vacuum and moping, I’ll have something else if my floor is cover with only carpets. And make sure you empty the dirty water everytime you use it, or it would have a very bad smell (it’s plastic)

Great machine
Amazing machine . I have a husky and a boxer and this machine did not disappoint . Picked up all of the hair and dirt with ease, The headlight function is amazing. You can actually see spots that you normally would miss. The water was dark brown when I dumped it grosssss. I am a very clean person. ( I normally mop every day unless I am sick . I have hardwood throughout my home one throw rug. I do not use this on the rug. It is meant for hardwood or hard floor only. . Self clean is great. It works well. The brush was completely dry. I always pull the roller off to make sure that thereâs nothing underneath and there was no hair stuck . It is important to note that you must I repeat must empty the dirty water cup after each use , What I do is I after I run the self clean. I clean out the dirty cup and I let it sit in my counter overnight so that it does not smell. I do a thorough cleaning of the machine after each use, including not limited to pulling off the brush roll and making sure thereâs nothing under the plastic guard piece above the brush roller. I then rinse the filter. And allow to dry . Always use the little brush and check all holes whereâs the cup goes for dirty water to make sure nothing is left behind . Itâs an expensive machine so the last thing you want to do is have a breakdown because you didnât take care of it. It literally takes less than 10 minutes and itâs totally worth it. Now the things that I donât like, I do not like that You have to purchase their special cleaning solution in excess of 15$ , to me spending 500 bucks or more you should be allowed to use your own cleaner as long as itâs not a sudsy / foaming cleaner. There should also be a much longer warranty instead of 30 days because on the websites they offer, two years or more on some of the machines so why should it be any different if we are purchasing it through Amazon? Thatâs really not fair. Customer service needs a major overhaul and is 100% lacking. Because the higher ups are great I give it 5 stars. Isabella is amazing . . Price point is a bit high , 250-300 tops is more appropriate .

Expensive junk – poor customer support
I have another dreame vacuum that I absolutely love. I decided to invest in an upgraded version that also washes the floor. It worked seamlessly twice. Since then after just a minute of use I get a fault saying thereâs a blocked tube. As you can see in the video there isnât anything vacuumed that would block the tube and when taken apart the tube is clearly not blocked.I reached out to customer service and while someone replied reasonably quickly they were completely unhelpful. The issue has supposedly been passed along to the right department but I havenât heard a peep. Incredibly disappointed!

New best friend
This vacuum has become my new best friend. ð¤£ we have two small dogs that are very stubborn and often have âaccidentsâ, specially when left alone. I use this vacuum in the morning before leaving for work and again in the afternoon. It does an excellent job keeping the house smelling fresh. I suffer from back pain and was having problems mopping all the time. This machine basically run on its own, requires very little effort on my part. I am always surprised at the color of the dirty water tank, itâs always dark even when I have had the cleaning person come the day before. I highly recommend

The dirty water tank leaks when working
I recently purchased this wet-dry vacuum, and my experience has been mixed. Here’s my honest review:What I Liked:When I first used the vacuum, it performed excellently. It cleaned my floors thoroughly and handled both wet and dry messes with ease. The self-cleaning feature for the roller was impressive, and the roller dried well, leaving no additional work for me. Overall, I was initially very pleased with its functionality and design. Unfortunately, during my second use, I noticed a significant problem. After mopping, there were small grey water dots left on the floor, which shouldn’t have been there. Upon closer inspection, I found that the plastic part separating the clean water tank and the dirty water tank was leaking. This defect caused water to drip on the floor while I was using the vacuum and even more when it was standing idle, with the water pooling at the base.

This was one of the best things I have bought, my floors are shiny and squeaky clean. Best of all it self cleans after using.
