It’s really a dream
Love this machine, it’s fabulous!!! So easy to use and deep cleans my floors, wood ,tile, and LVP. It’ll also vacuum rugs.We have several dogs and cats so struggle with fur and all their dirt and messes. This dreame handles it all.The dirt level indicator and self propel makes it easy to use. I have bad arthritis in my hands and back so cleaning floors was a painful chore but now I don’t mind at all. In fact I use it 3x a week since it such a breeze. My floors haven’t been this clean in 20 years.Highly recommend. It’s a lifesaver and truly a dream.

Defective Product
EDIT: I got my replacement vacuum and it works just like I wanted it to! Very happy with it now. Water flow is good. Customer Service from the dreame team was phenomenal. The self cleaning and drying makes it better than other mop vacuums in my opinion. For those who got a defective product, order a replacement until you get one that works.I was very excited about this product unfortunately there is no water flow. The troubleshooting options including ensuring proper installation, cleaning the filter, filling the clean water tank, and I have ensured all these things with no avail. The mop is completely dry, the tank is full and water is going into dirty water tank. Thereâs no clear way for me to know where the defect is but I imagine itâs the water pump or something. I will likely just return the vacuum, which is a bummer.

This wet clean function didn’t work out of tge box. I called dreame the same day, they apologized and asked to send my purchase receipt and product serial number which I did the same day. They apologized for the malfunction, however they took 3 weeks to generate a return shipping label. By then I returned the product to amazon. Also the mop is quite heavy, and it does not stand on its own.

This really works!
We have 6 dogs. I vacuum at least every 2 days and mop often as well. This really is a dreame machine. I had bought the Bissell vac/Mop, hated it. This picks up all the hair, tile looks amazing and the self cleaning and drying function is totally awesome. I had my doubts because I had never heard of the Dreame brand but so glad I took a chance. The build is solid, doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. I was able to put together myself, super easy. It was well packed. It talks to you, has adjustable volume and cleaning is a breeze. It stays charged the entire time I use it. You will still have to use your regular vacuum to clean drapes, fan blades, etc. because it doesn’t have attachments for that. This machine has really saved me time. When cleaning it, I pull lid partially off, drain dirty water in toilet and then throw all that pet hair in plastic grocery bag to throw away. I highly recommend this vac/mop duo. I have been using for 2 weeks. It comes with extra roller, cleaner, extra filterstand and a cleaning brush.

We have three new puppies and tons of yard dirt and messes to clean up. This cleaner came to our rescue. We use it daily to mop/vacuum and it picks up an enormous amount of dirt and leaves our hard wood floors shiny and beautiful. I cannot say enough about how great it works.One tip. I clean it thoroughly after every use. I suggest you empty and rinse the dirty water container and also take the roller off. Run your finger along the inside of the front piece where the water is suctioned up. There is a distinct hole you will see where the water is sucked into the dirty water tank. There are often leaves, sticks and mud coagulated in that hole. I rinse the front edge piece in hot water and make sure the rollers are free from debris before putting it back on the self-cleaning pod.The dirty water tank I also rinse with some soap. Don’t hesitate to buy this if you need help with dirty floors, it is fantastic. I have never written a review before. I know this is an expensive item, but it was worth every penny. We are going to buy another one for the upstairs.Other than that, enjoy the best item ever!

I originally left it a one star review and had a return label printed. But I will say, after getting used to it. Itâs not half bad. This isnât a miracle worker. It wonât replace a mop. But it will get your floors nice and clean if you use it once every 3-4 days. The battery doesnât last the longest and it takes a bit to charge. But it is enough to do almost my whole 2k sq ft house now that weâve put rugs down. One key to making it work better, keep the roller clean! Dont just do one self clean and think itâs good. I do 5-7 self cleans on the roller back to back. They take a couple mins each. The drying take the longest.If the roller is dirty, itâll leave marks.Next, the roller takes a little while to get fully wet unfortunately. About 10% of the battery is used getting it to a good level of wetness. Once itâs there though, it cleans much better.Iâve found that doing a clean cycle to wet the roller well. Dont let it go through the dry cycle, just pull it and start using it makes it work faster and better. You canât get in much of a rush with it. Slow and steady and it does okay. Overall, itâs not a bad machine to have.

I just received this vacuum yesterday, so this a quick review. (Subject to update if things change.) I charged it and used it immediately and so far, I’m super impressed. It’s self-propelled (literally, it will pull you along with it – no pushing required, just guiding), quiet (very important to me) and it does a great job. I had just recently mopped my floors, and I was amazed (and a little disgusted) by how much dirt it still picked up. My husband was so fascinated that he took over and did the kitchen, living room and most of our hallway. (We had wood floors.) The solution cleaned well and quickly, without streaking. The self cleaning mode seems to work really well. This model comes with an extra roller and filter, which is a big plus. My back is going to be thanking me for a long time!
