Worth the price!
I wish I had found this sooner. Itâs easy to use and light weight. The battery holds really well and I was surprised how much gunk it pulled off the floor. Photo captured is during cleaning mode.My entire house is LVT plank wood flooring and we have entry and area rugs throughout. It does well on both surfaces.

My daughter-in-law bought this. I watched her suction up puppy urine, switch to the cleaning mode and watched the floor dry in what seemed like less than a minute. My eyes popped and my jaw dropped in AMAZEMENT!!!My eyes popped and my jaw dropped in amazement.I had always thought … when is someone going to make me a vacuum that washes the floor because I don’t have time to invent one myself?I went home and ordered my own.I chose this brand because of my daughter-in-law because there was no other info out there for the machine so I knew I would have to do a review so others would know how much this little machine will brighten your day! I am glad to see that there are more reviews out there now.I LOVE IT!!!I am a mother of 6, have 5 dogs, have a dirt driveway so I gave up on keeping the floor clean all the time. There just is not enough time in the day. =) Know what I am saying?Now, all I have to do is grab this beautiful little machine and the floor is clean in one simple step.Sometimes my floor has a lot of sand from the dogs so out of love for my Dreame H12 I run a vacuum but I know that I do not have to.I have had it for 2 months so I have a lot of experience with it.I did use it on my braided rug which worked perfect because the roller is soft, no bristles so my rug got refreshed. I did however vacuum the rug first.I took off the roller for the first time today to see if it needed to be changed or have a special cleaning. It had a fresh smell and no dirt!!! The self cleaning is a God sent!I don’t have to worry about vacuums with filters or dust going into the air with this baby.Remember to empty the used water tank after use, this machine works so well that the water is filthy and will smell like a dirty diaper you found at the beach in a day if you don’t empty it! Absolutely Worth $$$
I bought this in April 2024 and I have loved this machine. I have 3 dogs and twin 3 year olds and this thing keeps my house clean and smelling nice. Iâve even put a small amount of bleach in it sometimes and it has actually cleaned my floors so well.In September of 2024 it began malfunctioning. It would shoot out all the water in the tank as soon as I turned it on. I contacted to company and after some back and forth for about a week I was given a shipping label. I paid for shipping ($13) but that was it. My machine was repaired in a matter of days and shipped back to me. It was delivered today (still September) and it works perfectly. Iâm so happy to have this thing back!Overall, it is worth the money. It is relatively light, much quieter than my Shark vacuum, holds its charge the entire time I clean my 3500 sq. ft. house with all hardwood floors. The self clean option is actually useful as well as the brush dryer. I would buy this machine again and again.

Overall good first impression
Writing this review after using it only 2 times.- very easy to use and gives verbal notifications.- cleans very good and picks up larger debris too like half an inch plastic pieces and papers. Everything gets collected in the dirty tank which is easy to clean.- fresh water tank is relatively small but it also uses very little amount of water. I prefer compact design since I live in an apartment.- does not work very well on grooves, grout, or uneven surfaces.- you can not pause it with a button. You would have go put the handle back in straight position to pause it which could be bit tricky while it’s running. You can always turn it off from power button and put it straight to stand own it’s on. You would need to stop the vacuum frequently while cleaning to move things around or pickup item you don’t want to be sucked in, like paper clips, cords etc.- build quality is good and looks nice.- everytime you use it you will have to clean the dirty tank and also put it in self cleaning mode no matter how small the usage is to avoid smell build up.- overall satisfied with functionality and ease of use compared to manual sweeping/mop.

I had really high hopes for this appliance, anxious to find an easy way to clean the hard surfaces in my home and this did not disappoint. It did an incredible job even on the very first go. My floors have honestly never looked or felt as clean. The product is super easy to use, and does quite great job at not leaving significant amounts of water, which is super important for wood flooring.I donât write many reviews for products I purchase on here, but I would very much recommend considering this one given its hards-free self-cleaning and drying cycle and its overall ability to make my floors spotless.

I had a tineco before and it would leak when I picked it up/ leave streaks of water places. This unit doesnât streak leak and leaves my floors so clean. Easy to use I find it a little heavy but I think the weight of it actually helps the brush bar clean the floors better. Overall extremely glad I switched to Dreame brand ⦠also the roller brush fully dries itself and does a great job at it ⦠this prevents smell and also the brush stays fluffy. Lastly the edge to edge cleaning on both sides of the unit is a game changer !

Bought it on a boxing day sale. Tried the first time and fell instantly in love with this H12 Pro. I read so many reviews between Dreametech and Tineco, same with different models and price. This unit is super easy to use, fill and empty the used water. Cleaned my hardwood and tiled floors like a gem. After my first use, I got an F3 error in the self cleaning mode. Contacted Dreametech US on their website for support and they were great. Came down to, I needed a replacement. They are not set up to send a prepaid shipping label to Canada, so they need a customer to pay for the shipping, email in the shipping receipt and they reimburse the amount to a Paypal account. I do not have nor do I ever want a paypal account (too many scams as I use to have one way back when). Tried going through this Amazon seller but not able to directly contact them (Dreametech International). Could chat to an amazon contact who verified my only option was a full refund due to it being sold by a 3rd party seller. Dreamtech support hoped and waited to see if I could work it out with the seller, to return the defective item back directly to Dreametech’s warehouse and have the amazon seller cover the shipping costs. Shame it didn’t work that easily. Sending it back and will try again next time a sale is on. Staying positive that mine was a one off glitch. Provided feedback to parent company that they need to work on providing prepaid shipping label for Canadians.
