So far so amazing!!
This was our gift to each other for Christmas this last year. So far, itâs been incredible! We purchased the Dual version so we could have the separate vacuum and attachments since two of our bedrooms have carpet.Previously, I used the spin mop and occasionally the Swiffer Wet Jet. My floors never really felt clean. After using this, boy was I right. I was embarrassed with how disgustingly dirty the water was after I finished using it the first time haha.Anyway, this mop vac is a little scary at first. But I quickly got the hang of it. Just read through the manual a few times first.I love how it basically moves itself. You just have to steer it. It picks up pet hair and food crumbs very well and cleans all at the same time. We have 3 pets(all long hair) and two young kids, so thereâs a lot of mess. Other reviews mentioned their machine having a smell to it(the brush roller & tank). I havenât had this issue at all so far. I use the brush cleaning/drying feature after every use and clean out the tank. I will update if thereâs any change. I love that you can clean right up next to baseboards and furniture without the machine sides getting in the way(the brush rollers extend all the way to the sides). The only con I have is your arm can get very tired quickly because it is quite heavy.As for the separate vacuum pieces, they work pretty well. I use the vacuum part on rugs and my bedroom carpet. I can tell that itâs probably not quite as powerful as my Shark vacuum on the carpet, but it gets the job done. The suction is pretty awesome overall though, especially on hard flooring. The scary part is, it is extremely top heavy because of the weight of the top part that detaches from the mop vac. So you cannot just let it stand up on its own. You have to lay it down or stand it against something secure. Your arm can tire very quickly as well from the weight of the mop battery. The smaller attachments have worked great as well-theyâre easy to attach to the main battery.Overall, this mop vac is amazing and I have recommended it to several people. Itâs pricey for sure, but had much better reviews than the Bissell Crosswave and Tineco(those are mainly paid reviews).

The BEST cleaning product Iâve ever purchased!
I am estatic with this purchase! It easily vacuums and mops at the same time on my lvp/tile floors.The best part is that you can also attach the vacuum only piece and vacuum without mopping. Or attach the suction attachment to clean the couch crevices or a quick mess when my toddler drops half his lunch on the floor!It does self clean and self dry with the push of a button.It really is an all for the price of one product.Before I found this I had purchased the Tineco Floor One S5 Pro 2. It was great as well but you were only able to get close to the baseboards on one side of the Tineco due to only having one flush side.The Dreamtech is flush on both sides so Iâm able to effectively clean by my baseboards without having to do alot of extra maneuvering.No more getting out the vacuum, and then getting out the mop and then putting all that stuff away. You can get it all done with one product. Itâs so efficient and saves me so much time!

DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT buy from this company.
Manufacturer and customer service is nonexistent when their product breaks down and stops working after only six months of light use.I bought this mop a year ago, it stayed in the box for six months untouched. When I do use it, I clean it out and dry it every time. Fast forward to the year minus one day, the vacuum decides to lose suction and mix up its âverbal declarations.â Turn it off, and it says, âSelf Cleaning Started,â turn it on, and it says, âSuction Mode.âCoolâ¦Surely the manufacturer will stand by their product and issue a refund or send out a new deviceâ¦ WRONG!This company wants me to ship the entire unit back to them (ON MY PACKAGING DIME) for a âdiagnostic investigation.âA WHAT? I sent them pictures and a video of the unit leaking dirty water all over my floorâ¦ surely you can tell itâs not working properly- and Iâm not doing that! Why should I be inconvenienced because your $600 vacuum isnât worth a nickel?BOTTOM LINE: BUYER BEWARE- Save yourself the headache and coin and just get a lil Bissel Crosswave***Donât be fooled by the shiny, shouting, and hyper people on Instagram shilling this thing out.Why? Because when their units break down, they send them new ones, I know because the same thing happened to the woman I was introduced to this product by, and guess what, they sent her a new one, go figure. I should have known then.

Could be better for the price!
I love the wet mop.BUT if there is dried food on the floor it does not come off easily. You have to run over it multiple times just to start getting it to come off. It does pick up stuff better than the dry vacuum. The battery life if good, could be better. It can drain pretty quickly. I don’t like hat I have to keep the sticker on the display otherwise it’s blanks besides showing how much charge it has. Otherwise I don’t know what setting it is at :(When you switch to the dry vacuum part, I find that it does and okay job vacuuming but because the pipe is so small it gets clogged a lot.It was a bit pricey for what it actually does. Now worth how much I spent. Could be worth it for maybe $200

Itâs just meh
This wet/dry vac does a superficial cleaning job. After a few uses, the wet vac starts smelling like mildew. I put a small amount of vinegar in the clean water tank with the water to try to decrease the odor but it only improves slightly. You still have to sweep and mop and this vacuum is only good for small daily jobs.

Itâs a dream!
Absolutely bought this for my business to mop floors. I adore the way it makes my floors look so clean and sheen. However the business part doesnât work for me. Iâm ts doesnât hold up to do 3-4 homes a day. It solely is for personal use and I am not made about a â me purchaseâ.

Great versatile tool, it completely replaced our traditional mop. Different modes, and the self cleaning is very efficient. Doesn’t require a lot of maintenance other than cleaning dirty water and consumables. The battery never runs out, and its more than enough for a 1 bedroom appartment.
